Everything was excellent and can't wait to stay again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, size of the room great. I only wish we had more time to try out the tub. It looked so inviting. The breakfast was yummy, specificity the eggs. They tasted real, lol

Cons:

Nothing on your part. Our timing was off, we missed the happy hour.

Very loud hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean, beautiful lobby. Convenient parking.

Cons:

I really wanted to like this hotel, but the white noise in the room was way too loud. There was some constant noise coming from the wall between the rooms. The AC is a separate story, it's almost ridiculous how loud it was. We had to turn it off for the night, as it was waking us up every time it would start. Breakfast is terrible.

The Grand...
Pros:

The beds and the pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast woman was foul. Bad attitude. Breakfast was better during covid, way better than it is now. Lots of little comforts have been removed making this hotel generic rather than better than your Normal hotel chain. Also the hot tub has been on repair for years.

Cons:

The elevator was not working properly, the breakfast was terrible compared to what we were used to in that same hotel. People in line waiting for basic things to be replenished such as bread, cereal, silverware, eggs, juice. There was only one staff member and she was non stop but she can’t do everything alone. They need to have more people and more food during breakfast. The second day we ended up having to eat breakfast somewhere else. In the past there used to be an omelette station, a waffle station, those were great and they got rid of it. We had invited a couple to stay at the same hotel and we were embarrassed.

Very pleasant and restful
Pros:

Very roomy, clean, friendly, nice roomy restroom in room with bathtub and shower, good location, awesome breakfast, and Starbucks coffee in room !! Oh and free parking

Cons:

Could have used more trash can locations throughout hotel, only found one by the bottom floor elevator, maybe I didn’t look enough…
