Cons:

Не рекомендую. Курьеров из Яндекс еды не пускают в номер. Типа безопасность. Хотя уведомил заранее, что если приедет курьер, то это ко мне. Сами не хотят доставлять в номер. В общем дорого и еще + это.

Pros:

Не первый раз езжу в этот отель, точнее останавливалась здесь часто когда он был Дедаман. И есть с чем сравнить

Cons:

Убираются на много хуже чем было, полотенца не меняют если вы попросите. И завтраки относительно стали скучнее.

Для пяти звезд можно бы больше внимания к деталям
Pros:

Местонахождения, тишина и внутренний микроклимат, вид из окна, дизайн

Cons:

На полотенцах края уже уставшие, пыль на стенах в номере, есть потеки, заметные на обоях, кофемашина на завтрак готовит жидкую бурду вместо капучино, без сливок, хлеб старый, в корзинах подпорченные фрукты портят впечатление о гостеприимстве

В душевой кабинке внизу стеклянной двери отсутствовала уплотнительная резинка и вода вытекала на пол.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение, неподалёку расположен ТРЦ с кафе и магазинами.
Pros:

Красивая набережная реки Иртыш расположена через дорогу. В данный момент ведутся работы по ремонту набережной. Неплохой ресторан расположен на первой этаже отеля.

Pros:

Останавливалась на сутки с ребенком 5ти лет. Отель шикарный, чистый, расположение просто отличное. Завтраки огромный шведский стол. Молодцы держите планку и дальше!
