Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Mitarbeiter, tolles Zimmer im 4. Stock. Alles sehr ruhig im Hotel.

Ruhig, gepflegt und komfortabel
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Upgrade auf ein geräumiges DZ mit Blick auf die zum Glück stillgelegte Großbaustelle. Es war so leise, ich konnte nachts sogar das Fenster gekippt lassen. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden, obwohl es tagsüber 30 Grad waren, musste ich sie aber nicht benutzen. Bequemes Bett, gutes Bad, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und für mich perfekte Lage (Botanischer Garten, Hauptbahnhof). Schöne Seitenstraßen mit kleinen Cafés.

Dass ich ein Zimmer zum Innnenhof hatte. Vielen Dank dafür. Das hat den Lärmpegel um einiges reduziert.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist prima! Es ist zwar sehr old style, aber so gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und penibel sauber, dass ich kaum aus dem Staunen rauskam. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und professionell. Ich habe das so selten erlebt. In dem Haus scheint ein gutes Arbeitsklima zu herrschen.

Auch Frühstück war top. Reifes Obst in einer spürbaren Vielfalt und der Saison entsprechend. Hat echt Freude gemacht!

Cons:

Kostenfreies Begrüssungsgetränk auf dem Zimmer fände ich im Sinne der heutigen Zeit.

Top Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Anbindung: das Hotel ist mit dem Auto vom Flughafen BER aus sehr gut zu erreichen.
Parkmöglichkeit: es gibt ein Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel. Es stehen dort genug geräumige Parkplätze zur Verfügung zu kleinem Preis.
Zimmer: geräumig und sauber. Einrichtung gepflegt.
Bad: Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit von Bad, Dusche und WC. Was die Sauberkeit der Sanitärausstattung angeht, da ist das Steglitz Int. bislang m. E. erstklassig. Fugen sauber nicht versport, Handtücher tadellos, alle Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenstände (Toilettenbürste, Toilettenbrille usw. ) wie neu. Das ist in vielen anderen Hotels leider nicht selbstverständlich. Bitte, bitte weiter so!
Frühstück: Kontinentales Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört in gepflegtem Speisesaal sauber und hygienisch präsentiert.
Nebenan: Edeka, Bäcker, Restaurants - alles da und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Für Geschäftsreisende: es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze und somit kein Geld zurück fürs Parken.
Teppichboden im Zimmer.
