I really appreciated being able to have my small
dog with me without huge pet fees. He is extremely clean and good and my 24/7 companion and he needed a little holiday as much as I did. Thank you.
The room was big, the TV had a lot of channels

It was in a great location with good parking options and an okay one night stay in a pinch. Super easy and convenient self check in which was really helpful!
There was a smell in the entire building including the room. The smell had been attempted to be rectified by an automatic room spray which unfortunately was overwhelmingly offensive and just made it worse. I assume people have been smoking in the building and it’s just in the carpet and walls but the room spray itself really was too much for us. It unfortunately left a feeling that the place was not clean when it possibly wasn’t the case just because the smell was so strong.

Parking 40 per night a bit rich but convenience is a plus
Close to tram stops, tidy, easy to find. Group of 5 comfortably fit in one room and bedding & towels were provided for all beds. Booking online was straight forward and accepted number of adults without difficulty. Reasonably priced and no hidden cost.
Shower door was difficult to open far enough as the basin/vanity was too close.
