Comfy, clean and well apointed apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to the conference at the Hotel Chancellor across the road. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The comfy lounge and large TV were also nice.

Cons:

The design of the Ensuite shower...The double overhead shower had no shower screen and when you showered the entire ensuite floor was soaked. I ended up moving all mats towels and toilet paper to "higher ground" before I showered and afterwards I crawled around on the floor with a washer to dry everything before doing a final pass with the floor mat (I walk around in my socks so didnt want them wet). It was just a bit of an inconvienence however I could see how some guests would absolutly hate this...On the flip side the main bathroom had a "shower bath" that would be much less effort to use!

Great apartment in a great location and we will be back
Pros:

We had an issue with the first apartment we were assigned but the staff were very courteous and helpful in relocating us to a much better location with much better facilities. The new apartment was in a great location with undercover parking and very spacious

Cons:

The original apartment had too many stairs to access and only one bathroom between 4 of us. When it rained there was a loud tapping against our bedroom window that kept us awake at night. We videoed the noise and sent it to them and they were very understanding - hence the relocation.

It was good for two people but would not want to stay with 4 or two couples. The loft rooms were not private.
