土地代が高いのはわかるが、何でも金に加算されるのはどうか。
Cons:

駐車場の案内をHP等でアナウンスしてわかりやすくして欲しかった。洗濯機が高く、朝食も高い。結局これらを加算するとルートインの方が安い。

ゆとりは無かったが駅近で手頃な値段で泊まれて良かった。
Pros:

駅近で良かった。
アメニティーなど最低限揃っていたので困らなかった。

Cons:

スーツケースを広げる場所がなかった。
使い捨てスリッパが履きづらかった。
洗面所の排水口に前泊者が流した食べ物のカケラのようなものが残っていてそれをしょうがなく掃除したのが不快だった。

Pros:

仙台駅に比較的近いロケーション。コインランドリーがあったこと。手頃な価格のツインルームであった。無料のコーヒーサービスがあった。

Cons:

良くなかった点というわけではないが、ランドリーは、台数に限りがあるので、当然予約制。

駅からも近くコンビニも近く立地は良かった
Pros:

提携駐車場🅿️近く、歩いて数分だったから良かった。
受付の男性スタッフ親切でした。
いつでも飲める24HRコーヒー☕️美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋の壁、ホコリが凄い。
ビックリした。
ユニットバスは臭いが…。
カーテンの臭いなのか、トイレの数分の時間もちょっときつかった。
コインランドリー完全予約制、見落としてて
チェックインした時間も遅く、すぐ使える時間が午前0時でした。１回600円でした。
翌朝早かったので結局洗濯しませんでした。次は確認してから利用します。
