Pros:

Todo muy bien

Cons:

El acceso al establecimiento, pues había una fiesta en el pueblo, las señales de dirección prohibida estaban de algún modo incorrectas y no había forma de acceder. No obstante, el recepcionista del hotel al vernos en "apuros", bajó andando a buscarnos y con toda amabilidad nos trasladó al hotel.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, perfekt zum Ausspannen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer in einem mittelalterlichen Turm. Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück, gutes Essen im Restaurant. Sehr lebendiger Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu Trinken.

Cons:

Steile Anfahrt zum Hotel, etwas hellhörige Zimmer. Aber wir sind gut zurecht gekommen.

A gem of a place with views to die for.
Pros:

Fantastic location within easy reach of Bilbao, either by car or by bus. The hotel was a lovely surprise and exceeded my expectations. The views were incredible and the room extremely comfortable.

Bella struttura, pulita. Giusta per un breve soggiorno. Ristorante un po costoso

La nostra stanza era al quarto piano e l’ascensore arrivava fino al terzo. La stanza poi era molto suggestiva ma in parte bassa

Lugar histórico donde alojarse en Oñati.
Pros:

Que el hotel esté montado sobre lo que fuera la Torre de los Condes de Oñati, con todos los servicios y buen gusto arquitectónicamente hablando. Las vistas, el estacionamiento.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mucho mejor y falta atención presente en el hotel.

Très beau petit hôtel
Pros:

Il s'agit d'un vieux bâtiment médiéval rénové avec goût.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées.
L'hôtel est situé en hauteur et permet d'avoir une fantastique vue sur le village d'Onati.

Cons:

Les climatisations des chambres étaient capricieuses. La première n'a pas voulu fonctionner et la seconde réinitialisait la consigne de température au bout d'un certain temps.

Todo correcto con aspectos a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación y la tranquilidad. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Las almohadas se podrían mejorar y poner dos por persona y no un cojín pequeño marrón muy pequeño y poco confortable.
Pocas opciones calientes en el desayuno.
