Bathroom was not cleaned properly before checked in.

The apartments are in a great location. Easy check in and very clean. The equipment in the apartment included thoughtful touches such as a washing line, washing up liquid and a sponge and I liked the normal size cups and glasses (from experience other places provide only small ones). The pool/bar area was nice too.

Great location and spacious apartments, but housekeeping policy should be clearer before booking
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach or a night out.

The location is excellent. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main clubbing area in Ayia Napa or 4 minutes and 16 euros by taxi, which is close enough to enjoy the nightlife while still being far enough away to avoid most of the noise. There are also several good restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient.

The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and overall the property offered good value for money.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for anyone looking for a spacious place in a convenient location. A little more transparency about the housekeeping schedule would make the experience even better.

Cons:

The only downside was the housekeeping policy. We were surprised to learn that towels are changed only once every two days and bed sheets only once every three days. While this may be perfectly acceptable for many guests, we believe this information should be clearly stated in the property description before booking. Some travellers may prefer daily housekeeping and could choose different accommodation if they knew this in advance.

Found a cockroach in the room, bit grubby around the edges. Binned a forgotten possession on the same day of checkout and was told it could not be recovered.

Excellent Value for Money!!!
Pros:

Friendly receptionist lady and People in the Bar. My opinion best value for money near Nissi beach we stayed 4 people for only £107
Excellent value for money!!! Room was clean and everything was working will definitely back.

Cons:

Maybe pool maintenance can be better.
