Me gustó que sea un alojamiento cercano al aeropuerto y que cuente con el servicio de transporte gratuito. Está alejado del centro.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación para 3 personas y cuando llegamos solo había 2 camas tendidas, y al momento de avisarle del inconveniente al hombre de la recepción, solo nos entregó las sábanas y nos ordenó armar la camas a nosotros porque "ya era tarde". De nuestra parte esperábamos más cordialidad y atención porque la habitación de 3 personas era más cara y ya la habíamos abonado y y no nos correspondía hacernos cargo nosotros de acondicionarla ya que fue un error del hotel. El desayuno muy basico.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They were quick to come and fix the issues. We ended up having a good time because of the good staff.

Cons:

The housekeeping was very bad, but once we informed them, they came right away to clean the room. The tub looks like it’s been through years of use. It’s best to have shower shoes. It’s time for them to do some remodeling. They’re charging hotel guests separately for parking, which is ridiculous.

Poor Front Desk Customer Service
Pros:

The toilet was plugged in our room. We asked to be moved to a different room but that wasn’t possible. We left for dinner and the situation was yet to be resolved. We came back to the hotel and found the engineer had not been contacted. He’s a good man and I don’t blame him. After multiple attempts it was fixed and we asked to have the room sanitized. After that a lesser room became available. We said no and were offered points. I feel sorry for the next unknowing person who stays in this room. Overall the Room was fine. But with so many hotels in the area I’d opt for something else.

Nice Airport Stay
Pros:

I stayed here after a weekend in Atlanta with friends. The hotel is very convenient when needing to stay overnight near ATL airport. The shuttle was available for airport transfer and providing transportation to nearby stores, restaurants, and bars. The staff was very friendly, and the suite was nice band clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the seating is very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel when staying near the Atlanta airport.
