X de lif, so kena angkut beg naik tangga. Berat. Masa nk panaskan air dalam kettle terperasan kettle tu pecah. Cepat2 nak call receptionist, tapi x de telefon dalam bilik. Cepat2 Google no telefon hotel dan call. 3x call x berangkat. Ingtkan salah number, bila turun bawah, tengok receptionist buat x tahu je dengar bunyi call tu. Agak mengecewakan. Sebb ada 2 org di reception. Sokay, dapat tukar juga kettle tu. Tq staf lain yg dtng cepat bwak kettle gantian tu.

There is no more 'SERI' in Seri Malaysia. What a shame.
Pros:

The location is good.
Parking is easy.

Cons:

1. The Management is obviously not bothered about maintenance culture. The bathroom, although clean, was mouldy, cracks in the sink, tile grouts that is dirty looking. Please add some hooks in the bathroom to dry the towels. The floor of the bathroom is slippery. Please change the floor cleaner you are using. It's dangerous for the elderly who might slip and fall.
2. Stop using room fragrances to hide the smell of the room. The fragrance is over powering.
3. Breakfast food was not covered properly although this is the 'fly season' in Kulim. Understand that you cannot do anything about the flies but have the initiative to keep your food clean and safe.
4. No towels provided for pool use. And shower at the pool area doesn't work. No water.
5. And today, no water at our wing because of burst pipe!! The poor girl at the reception had to deal with all complaining guests. If only the maintenance of everything at the hotel is done timely and to the highest standards, we could have avoided such incidents. The phone in the room also does not work!
