Čisto, skvělý přístup personálu- milý, ochotný, mohly jsme se ubytovat před 14:00, dobrá komunikace s hotelem, ještě před naším příchodem

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins. La personne à l’accueil nous a très bien accueillis. Les petits-déjeuners sont très copieux et les locaux sont très propres. L’emplacement est idéal et très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
Ce qui a fait le petit plus, c’est que la personne en charge du petit-déjeuner nous l’a préparé la veille, car nous partions tôt. C’est une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir !

Pros:

El personal se comunicó conmigo en español, así que si sienten un poco de temor por no hablar inglés a la perfección ésta es una opción muy buena, además de ser muy amables. Al estar tan cerca de la estación Termini moverte en transporte público es una muy buena opción ya que comunica con una línea que abarca gran parte de los sitios turísticos de Roma.

Cons:

El personal no está en el hotel todo el tiempo pero tienen un número de whatsapp por el que te puedes comunicar, así que se compensa.

Μεγεθος δωματιου κ ντουζ
Pros:

Μου αρεσε που ηταν πολυ καθαρο το δωματιο, το καθαριζαν καθημερινα. Επισης το προαωπικο ηταν παντα χαμογελαστο και οποτε χρειαστηκαμε κατι ηταν προθυμοι να μας βοηθησουν. Νιωσαμε ασφαλεια και πολυ φιλικα στον χωρο εκει, σαν μια οικογενεια

Cons:

Το μονο που δεν μου αρεσε ηταν το μεγεθος του δωματιου που ηταν μικρο και το ντουζ επισης για να κινουμαστε πιο ανετα.
Η τοποθεσια λιγο μακρια απο το κεντρο...αλλα συνηθισαμε κ πηγαιναμε με τα ποδια οπου θελαμε.
