Convenient location, good value for the price
Pros:

Quite a convenient location. Clean.

Cons:

The room did not reflect the pictures shown here. Much more modest that what it appears to be.No coffee facilities or a kettle. We asked for one but they didn’t have it available. You can ask for hot water.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. The stay was excellent, and I really enjoyed it. It would have been even better if a small fridge had been available in the room.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ήσυχο και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Το πρωινό ήταν τίμιο και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική.

An okay stay in a good location in Munich
Pros:

Location well appointed but no shampoo or conditioner
Small towels

Cons:

We had an unfortunate situation when our room flooded around midnight one night. We had to change rooms after the front desk determined they needed a plumber. This was handled very poorly in my opinion. Compensation was a free breakfast. I asked if we could sleep in the new inferior room that night and return to our room once the plumber had completed the work so we didn’t have to pack all of our belongings. I was told that was not possible, despite the new room being 3 floors lower with more road noise, a safe that didn’t work and no coffee maker. Very disappointing

Excelente estada. Voltaria com certeza!!
Pros:

Confortável e tudo funciona muito bem!! Equipe bem educada!!

Cons:

Acho que deveria ter um frigobar. A localização e muito boa para acesso a estacao central e a centro turistico da Marienplatz, porem tem sua insegurança de todo centro de cidade.
