Pros:

Muy bien ubicado junto a la Estación Central de Múnich lo que hace que esté muy bien comunicado. El centro histórico está a un corto paseo.
Las instalaciones están muy bien salvo dos detalles mínimos: en las habitaciones orientadas al este harían falta persianas (amanece muy temprano en mayo/julio) y el aire acondicionado no llega.
El personal, encantador: amables, proactivos,... poco más que añadir.

Cons:

Sol muy temprano en habitaciones orientadas al este.
Es complicado regular la temperatura tanto ambiental como el agua de la ducha.
Desayuno algo pobre aunque correcto (este problema es recurrente en toda Alemania).

Ideal para una estancia corta
Pros:

La ubicación es adecuada entre la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad. La ducha tiene muy buena presión. El colchón era de la dureza perfecta. Han aprovechado bien el espacio

Las almohadas no son nada ergonómicas, de esas muy planas. Poco armario

Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay here. The location was great, the city center was easily reachable within a 15-20 min walk. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially by European standards and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Considering the price, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We also appreciated having both an automatic coffee machine and tea available in the room. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming as well. Definitely a great value for money option.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the pillows. They were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and seemed very worn out the filling inside had clumped up and shifted around, so the pillows felt uneven and lumpy. By our last day, I ended up with quite a bad neck pain. We also experienced an issue one night where the room suddenly filled with cigarette smoke for reasons we could not understand. We suspect it may have come through the ventilation system. Since I have allergic asthma, this unfortunately affected me quite badly and I ended up having a difficult following day because of it.

清潔でスタッフが温かいホテル
Pros:

フロントの対応も親切、お部屋も水廻りが綺麗にリフォームされていてとても清潔感がありました。朝食は素晴らしく2日目の朝食は早朝のバスで空港へ行くので6:30からと聞いていましたが、時間が無かったのでフロントの方に聞いてみたら少し早めに入らせて下さり、サンドイッチを作ってテイクアウトさせて頂きました。レストランの方々もとても親切でパンを包むラップや入れる紙袋を用意して下さり本当に有り難かったです。皆さんの笑顔にも癒されました。

Cons:

5月でもかなり暑かったので、お部屋にクーラーはあって良いのですが、冷蔵庫があればもっと良いな〜と思いました。

Gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Das Hotel ist unweit des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank bzw. keine ausreichende Regale um die Kleidung abzulegen.
