Klimatyzacja nie działała, mocne było grzanie którego nie dało się sterować. W pokoju było strasznie sucho, z kolei przy otwartym oknie było dość zimno i było słychać dostawy wcześnie rano
Niby łóżko było ok, ale z całej naszej paczki nikt nie dał rady przespać nocy i się wyspać (była jeszcze 2 naszych znajomych na swojej rezerwacji)
Ciasta / desery przepieczone - bardzo twarde
Pokoje niby czyste, ale gdzieniegdzie pajęczyna wisiała (np u nas na głównej lampie i w nocy było to dość widoczne)

Das Buffet am Abend wurde uns vorgeschlagen. Leider gab es keine Informationen dazu, dass es nach einer viertel Stunde abgeräumt wurde und somit nicht im vollen Umfang zum gleichen Preis genutzt werden konnte!
Wir hatten das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein, da die Kellnerin außerdem alles auf polnisch erklärte, obwohl sie wusste, dass wir es nicht sprechen. Englisch wäre kein Thema für uns gewesen...

Uwielbiamy ten hotel! Byliśmy już kilka razy i za każdym razem pobyt był naprawdę wspaniały. Widać, że hotel cały czas się rozwija i coś nowego jest ulepszane. Świetny personel, dobre śniadania, czystość, piękne widoki i doskonała lokalizacja. Z przyjemnością będziemy wracać ponownie! ❤️

Pokoje czyste, zadbane. Świetna obsługa hotelu. Posiłki pyszne, wielkim plusem jest restauracja. Udogodnienia takie jak basen, sauna czy strefa spa, również zasługują na świetną ocenę. Szkoda, że nie ma lodówki w pokojach. Nieziemski widok!!! Cudowna i cicha okolica.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem są "wspólne" balkony (jeden balkon należy do dwóch pokoi, osoby stojące na balkonie widzą dokładnie co dzieje się w drugim pokoju). Przez większość czasu mieliśmy zasłonięte okna, przydałaby się chociaż zwykła pleksa.
