I felt well looked after by all staff at this hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful mountain views from 1st floor rooms, quiet location, excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar available in the evening, swimming pool and spa treatments available, plenty of parking, interesting church nearby, walks to a viewing platform nearby.

Cons:

No public transport nearby.

Хочемо подякувати Hotel Bachledówka за чудовий відпочинок!
Готель має неймовірне розташування — знаходиться на височині, звідки відкривається прекрасний панорамний вид на Татри. Навколо тиша, спокій, чисте гірське повітря, ліс, польові квіти та красива природа. Є невеликий оглядовий майданчик, де можна насолодитися краєвидами та відчути справжній відпочинок від міського шуму.
Сам готель дуже чистий, доглянутий і комфортний. У номері було все необхідне для гарного відпочинку. Особливо хочеться відзначити зручні ліжка та постіль. Я давно не могла нормально виспатися, але тут нарешті вдалося по-справжньому відпочити та набратися сил.
Також сподобалася SPA-зона. Басейн чудовий, вода чиста і приємна, без різкого запаху хлору. Є джакузі та лазня, де можна прекрасно розслабитися після прогулянок.
Окремої похвали заслуговує кухня. У вартість проживання входили дуже смачні та ситні сніданки. На вечерю замовляли стейк з яловичини, журек та рибу — усе було надзвичайно смачним і якісно приготовленим.
Але найбільше нас вразив персонал. Дуже приємно було зустріти українців, які працюють у готелі. Особлива подяка Віталію, Сергію та Анні за їхню привітність, щирість та готовність допомогти в будь-якому питанні. Це одні з найкращих працівників готелю, яких нам доводилося зустрічати. Завдяки таким людям відпочинок стає ще теплішим і комфортнішим.
Ми залишилися дуже задоволені своїм перебуванням і обов’язково повернемося сюди ще раз. Щиро рекомендуємо Hotel Bachledówka всім, хто хоче насолодитися красою Татр, тишею, комфортом і справжньою гостинністю.

Pobyt udany, personel bardzo sympatyczny. Hotel spełnił oczekiwanie.
Pros:

Hotel na uboczu, w górach, wymagany samochód, żeby tam dojechać. Pokój przestronny, czysto, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Pokój na parterze i niestety nie można było otworzyć okna. Nie w każdym pokoju była lodówka.
