Pros:

The location was perfect for walking and the river with plenty close by.

Cons:

The club across the street! The room isn't 100% soundproof from outside noises.

Great hotel near the river
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. Excellent value for the price. Only a block from the Truckee River Walk, which was lovely. Garage right in the building; very convenient. No concerns about safety, went for an evening walk with no problems.

Pros:

The ac wasn’t working very well. Would drop past 75 so it was still warm in the hotel room

Great stay at Grandma’s House
Pros:

Great location to be close to many restaurants, bars, the rivers we called it Grandma’sHouse because the dated decor feels just like grandmas— everything works, it’s clean, and labeled perfectly. Need something? Just ask.

Cons:

The parking can be tricky for tall vehicles so makes sure you discuss this with the reception desk. While the location is great, the location can also get a bit noisy from the streets below at night on the weekends.

Perfect pit stop on the way in and out of the Black Rock Desert.
Pros:

The room was large, comfortable and well-appointed. The night clerk, Nick, was an excellent host. Great location next to the river as well, super convenient. Also appreciated the fact that there were no gaming machines in the hotel.

bit overpriced but decent
Pros:

The bartender on the 7th floor was awesome. Her name was Lori and she was great! Room was clean and cozy despite being an older hotel

Enjoyed our time. We will return again next year but request a room on the opposite side of the property

Clean,comfortable beds,we loved the indoor pool for our grandkids. Staff very polite. Loved the indoor parking.
