Great hotel.will book here again if in town
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel. Perfect for walking the river walk and access to the casinos. We all loved the unique bar that served over 1000 different cocktails. The pool was clean and water temp was perfect. The sun deck was great to hang out on in the evenings. The decor is super cool from the lobby to the 7th floor. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The elevators are very old and a little scary. I wish the pool had been outside or had an open window so you could sunbath.

Great service - but needs new carpet in rooms - I can deal with popcorn ceiling since it is part of the retro decor

Like the hospitality like the room light the cleanest I enjoy myself

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to leave without a pillow that my wife wanted to get because we couldn't carry it with us at the time, maybe next time hopefully.

It was perfect for a little night staycation.
Pros:

It has an old charm to it and the decor was about the miners. The bedding was super comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little bit dated but nothing bad about that.

Worst booking ever! Old, noisy & zero provisions! Stay at name brand hotels, only!

Cons:

Old carpet, drapes, decor, original from the '80's that smelled like wet dog. Not informed of a "business" directly across the street that has Raves/Nightclub/ Disco every.single.night! with LOUD thumping bass music until 4 am in the morning, (Reno police says they don't have to comply with noise ordinances, as it's a business in downtown!)=ZERO SLEEP! Rooftop deck is Not on roof, it's on 7th floor, of the 20-story building, the ONLY reason we booked this hotel was to see the fireworks from the rooftop deck, & we were not able to see them! Parking lot at odd angles, not secure & you had to take 2 separate elevators to access it. The front desk reception was like talking to a rock! One towel per person for a 5 day stay, additional towels requested were dirty. 2 coffee pods only/3 pods limit per day shared. Ice only available on 7th floor. Only stayed because it was prepaid/ non-refundable but left one day early! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
