Truly memorable and wonderful
Pros:

I really love the hotel staff; they are enthusiastic and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and kind, attentive words. The room is quite nice and spacious. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Hanoi

Room's clean and beautiful, espescially the Japannes style toilet. Staff is friendly and polite. Not too far from Old Quater and enough quiet for me. I will recommend to my friend.

Very interesting options available for the rooms.
Pros:

The staff and the location were great!

Cons:

Breakfast was lackluster and an hour before the breakfast period was ending about 25% of the dishes were finished and unavailable. The mattress was rather stiff and thin.

Pros:

It’s hard to give a fully objective review. As I arrived very late 2am. I only stayed that night and had breakfast and then checked out by 12.00
But from what I could see and experienced, it felt very comfortable and the staff were accommodating and pleasant.
I can’t comment on the location as such, because I pretty much only slept there. But I did wander to a local shopping mall (Vincom) which was only 3/4 minute walk. It also had atm which was convenient…
All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you.
