Todo, y sobre todo la preocupacion del chef( no recuerdo el nombre) con mi hijo celiaco, nos proporcionó todas las facilidades y su ayudante en sala lo mismo, gracias.

Amazing Port Aventura, not pleasant hotel

It is close to Port Aventura. Breakfast was not bad

There were a lot of issues during our stay.

The waiting line at reception was extremely long, and the check-in process took more than 1.5 hours. The reception staff generally did not speak English, or their level of English was so limited that it was very difficult to communicate. During our entire stay, I met only one Chinese receptionist who was able to communicate in English well enough for us to understand each other.

The room was also dirty, and the balcony was covered in full by bird droppings, which looked abandoned like it had not been cleaned for a long time. In hotel territory bird droppings were in many places and was dirty sense was everywhere/

For a family of two adults and two children, we were provided with only one towel. We went to the cleaning staff on our floor and, with the help of a translator, explained that we needed more towels. We were told that they had run out of towels and that they would try to find some for us, but nobody came back.

The safe in the room was also broken. A staff member came to try to fix it, but unfortunately, they were unable to do so.

Todo excelente, siempre nos alojamos en el mismo hotel. El buffet libre es estupendo

Cons:

Solo teníamos una tarde en Ferrari land por lo q solo nos pudimos montar en 2 atracciones, apuramos hasta el cierre a las 22.00 y el buffet de la cena cierra a las 22.30h, deberían cerrarlo más tarde

La comida era horrible.
Siempre había colas en la entrada y dentro del restaurante.
No sirven almuerzo, así que hay que comer en el parque.
La mitad de los restaurantes están cerrados, y los que están abiertos son de comida rápida pésima.
