Will never stay there again. I felt dirty when I left.
Pros:

Location and restaurant beside it

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean except for the beds. The floors were filthy and the bathroom corners have never been cleaned. The TV had limited channels, we could hear our neighbours dog barking for hours and their alarm in the morning. Breakfast was dried bread for toast in the reception area.

For a budget stay it was ok but could have been better with the cleaning

Was great after driving 500 km, to have privacy and sleep. For breakfast all 2 tables occupied, but I've took in room everything. All good.

Fine for a budget stay as long as you are willing to put up with a few shortfalls. Bed and pillows

Pros:

Beds uncomfortable, rates too high for its condition, no smoking but outside of the rooms butts left seen only one ashtray. Breakfast was pitiful
