Sehr sauber, zentral zur Innenstadt. Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet ( sehr gut). Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich

Die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung. Wir waren 7 Tage da und unser Zimmer wurde keinmal gereinigt. Wir bekommen neue Handtücher und im Bad wurde wohl kurz gewischt. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und nicht überzogen hinterlassen. Wir mussten uns an der Rezeption ein überzogenen Kissen holen. Der Raum wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war voller Löcher und Risse. Unmöglich. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde nicht reagiert.Am Ende lief der Müll über. Das Frühstück war sehr gedrungen und langweilig.Rührei schwamm in irgendeiner Flüssigkeit und schmeckte scheußlich.

Cons:

Keine Kofferwagen, kein Restaurant, Bistro hat den Namen nicht verdient, Kaffee nicht genießbar (extrem stark).
