Au Coeur d'Hanoi Boutique Hotel

THE STAFF! Complements to the entire staff here for making sure that we had a great stay here. Before we arrived Hanoi, Marie already contacted us in Whatsapp if you need transport from the airport as well as arranging day trips from the hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our overnight trip to Trang An before re-checking in, and they stored our big luggage for us and we only brought one small trolley to bring our stuff to the motorcycle rental which we forgot to claim there when we returned the bikes. BIG THANK YOU to Ms. Marie and Ms. Nana for helping us get our bag from them on our last night prior to leaving for the airport (because we only remembered 4 hrs before we were leaving that night and the rental would close in 30mins). So instead of me riding a Grab Car to Tay Ho at the start of evening rush hour, they arranged a rider to bring the bag to the hotel, and I was able to keep my promise to my son we would do Train Street as our last thing to do in Hanoi before we left for the airport at 8pm. They also for secured our rental scooters on their sidewalk frontage by chaining them together to the staff's scooters at night for extra security! THE LOCATION: The location near Hoan Kiem lake was superb, just one block away from the Water Puppet Theater, and Ngoc Son Temple/Red Bridge. While being in the Old Quarter (weekend night area pedestrian exclusive zone), it is far away from the madness and noise when we stayed there on Sunday night. It is close to their main boulevard bus stop (about three blocks/5mins) so very easy to get to Bus Tours meeting points, this also makes it easy to get in and out of the Old Quarter if you opt to use a scooter to explore the rest of the city.

Our family loved the apartment room! It was huge, immaculate, and had every convenience we needed (kitchen, fridge, safety box, etc.). The kids loved being a short stroll away from Dong Xuan market and the lake.

Clean rooms. Great price compared to surrounding hotels. Super fast Wi-Fi and hot water. Perfect stay.

Sunlight spilling through large glass windows onto warm hardwood floors... soft textures and graceful French design... A gentle sanctuary in the pulse of the Old Quarter. Leaving this peaceful retreat was the hardest part of the journey.

Omg the room was literally HUGE and IT HAD A BATHTUB ONMG SO AMAZINGGG!! 🛁✨ Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake literally just A FEW STEPS AWAY! The price is WAY TOO CHEAP for this quality honestly!! Best stay in Hanoi hands down, WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK NEXT TIME!!! 🔥🎉🙌

The breakfast buffet here deserves its own award! A fantastic spread of both Western favorites and genuinely delicious local Vietnamese dishes. Waking up to that meal every morning was a highlight of our stay.

Stayed in the apartment-style room for a 4-day business stint. Having a full kitchen setup, large fridge, and fast Wi-Fi made working remotely extremely comfortable and hassle-free. Spacious, functional, and very well located.

The street outside can get quite lively, but once inside the hotel, the elegant furnishings create a genuinely peaceful environment. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and equipped with all necessary conveniences like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar. The price is extremely reasonable considering you're right in the central Old Quarter.

Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Hoan Kiem-søen. Værelset var smukt indrettet med varme trægulve, masser af naturligt lys og en skøn, stor altan med udsigt. Meget hyggeligt og fredeligt midt i det livlige område.

An absolute haven of tranquility nestled in the vibrant heart of the city. The elegant interior decor exudes a peaceful ambiance, providing a welcome retreat from the bustling Old Quarter outside. Our room featured beautiful wooden flooring, modern amenities, and an expanse of generous sunlight filtering through the grand windows. Quite remarkable value given its proximity to the lake.
