Якщо буду в Києві і треба буде центр - тільки в цей готель.
Pros:

Дуже сподобалася локація. З однієї сторони - тихий спальний район, з іншої- близько до всього. В пішому доступі Хрещатик, собори, Софіївська площа, Володимирський парк, скляний міст. До всього 25-30 хвилин пішки. Дуже зручно.
Поруч є де перекусити. Кулінічі, кафе, прод магазин з кафетерієм. Ціни приємні.

Cons:

Ніч була важка з 1 на 2 червня 2026 - тривога і сильне бомбардування Києва. Потім узнала, що сховище у найближчому будинку - 1 хвилина ходьби.

Хороший отель на свои деньги, в номере чисто, кухонная часть: холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, всевозможная посуда.
В ванной чисто, полотенца, шампуни - все есть. Тапочки тоже.
Месторасположение отличное, укрытие если что, в соседнем здании.
Мне очень понравилось.

Не рекомендую!!В квітні зупинилися з дитиною в даному готелі,погода за вікном була жахлива в приміщенні також холодно.Розумію що попали на міжсезоння,опалення виключено,кондиціонер не дозволили вмикнути.Підійшла на рецепцію,попросила додаткову ковдру,на що жіночка з рецепції відправила до магазину за ковдрою.В номері ковдра геть тонка була для температури у приміщенні.Ввечері все ж нам дали додаткову ковдру,але враження негативні залишилися.

Cons:

Замок в санвузлі неможливо зачинити, він зламаний, пульт не працював через сівші батарейки, підлога обдерта, номер перший від входу в коридор, дуже шумно, через цей номер всі йдуть в любий час.
