おもてなしが最高のホテル、気持ちよく滞在できます！
Pros:

ハネムーンでの利用をお伝えしてたところ、お部屋のアップグレードをしてくれていました。お部屋にはスタッフさんからのメッセージやサプライズがあり、ハネムーン最終日にすごくうれしい体験ができました。
お部屋から見える景色も最高です。

Cons:

ルッツェルン駅から少し距離があります。
私たちはホテルの下にケーブルカーがあることを知らずに、街をお散歩がてらスーツケースを持ってホテルに向かってしまい、急な坂道がとても大変でした。

Belle escale à Lucerne, adresse à retenir pour une prochaine visite de la région.
Pros:

Magnifique vue dont on peut profiter depuis le restaurant. Accès facile à la ville malgré que l’hôtel est un peu en retrait.

Cons:

Bar fermé plus tôt qu’annoncé, donc inaccessible quand nous avons voulu profiter de la vue.
Réaction un peu irritée d’un serveur au restaurant quand nous n’avons pas compris ce qu’il nous disait…

Die Lage: erhöht mit einer unglaublich schönen View über die ganze Bucht von Luzern. Zudem das Ambiente (Grand Hotel mässig). Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
