Belle escale à Lucerne, adresse à retenir pour une prochaine visite de la région.
Pros:

Magnifique vue dont on peut profiter depuis le restaurant. Accès facile à la ville malgré que l’hôtel est un peu en retrait.

Cons:

Bar fermé plus tôt qu’annoncé, donc inaccessible quand nous avons voulu profiter de la vue.
Réaction un peu irritée d’un serveur au restaurant quand nous n’avons pas compris ce qu’il nous disait…

Die Lage: erhöht mit einer unglaublich schönen View über die ganze Bucht von Luzern. Zudem das Ambiente (Grand Hotel mässig). Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Everything was outstanding. The hotel is decorated with great taste and lives up to its name. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was delightful. We had one with a balcony and a view to kill for over the lake. It was so good that we ordered twice room service so that we could have a private diner with a view in the privacy of our room!
Everything is outstanding and you will not be disappointed.
If you come by car, just make sure to book a car space.
The best hotel we had on this 2 weeks trip across Switzerland...and in our top 2 hotels from all of our trips to this beautiful country.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

I stayed for 2 nights, and everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
