The property is in a good location, was clean, and the included breakfast was a nice surprise.
Pros:

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was more than just yogurt and pastries and was very much appreciated. The food items were frequently re-stocked and the countertops/tables were cleaned frequently. The room had a nice bathroom and good beds. It was a bonus to have a mini-fridge and microwave oven, as well as extra seating space to include a small dining table and separate workspace with power supply options.

Cons:

Two or three staff people certainly were not pleasant or eager to greet us when we approached the desk. This was not a universal experience as there were two ladies who were much more pleasant and worked in the evening as I recall. The others - a male and female who worked the day shift - were much less friendly and accommodating. Also, the parking was less than satisfactory. Guests with large moving trucks/trailers were allowed to take up multiple parking spaces leaving no room for vehicles that arrived later in the evening. Trucks with trailers or large vans should be required to park off property on a side street or via some other accommodation.

Decent one night stay. Cute town. I trust best western brand
Pros:

Breakfast was good - nothing exceptional. We had eggs and sausage. It was okay.

Cons:

It seems like the eggs aren’t fresh. There is an odd texture about them.

Pros:

We checked out early, before the breakfast service. Without our asking, staff prepared to go breakfast bags for each of us. First time ever for me.

Cons:

Our stay was very brief. Everything we needed, we got.

The first impression of a run down, unkept exterior made us question the rest of the experience.
Pros:

It looked like the interior had recently been remodeled. The inside was clean. Although the hotel seemed to have a lot of visitors, it remained quiet and calm. The complimentary breakfast was very well organized with a lot of food choices. Felt newly remodeled and was very clean.

Cons:

The exterior of the building looked run down. The parking lot needed repaving. The front entry had garbage overflowing the garbage can. We were relieved that the inside did not match the outside.

Pros:

It was a good location to stay, and they had a good breakfast

Cons:

There was some remodeling going on inside the hotel on our floor, it smelled really bad like drywall or paint? We would not have stayed there if we were told this up front. It was super noisy also; there was a loud radio playing in the hallway by the staff doing remodeling. The Ice machine also had black particles in it when I went to get ice, it was strange

I would choose another motel the next time we stay in Lincoln City.
Pros:

The Pool and Hot Tub were great.

Cons:

Breakfast ended at 9:30. We got down there at 8:50 a.m. and a few items were out and they were no restocking and the lady at the front desk said it was not their responsibility to keep restocked when they only had so much to put out each day and she said well be ran out of gravy for the biscuits and no more was going to be made as there was still 40 minutes left for breakfast. The coffee was awful as it was out of a machine and not freshly brewed each morning.
