The first impression of a run down, unkept exterior made us question the rest of the experience.
Pros:

It looked like the interior had recently been remodeled. The inside was clean. Although the hotel seemed to have a lot of visitors, it remained quiet and calm. The complimentary breakfast was very well organized with a lot of food choices. Felt newly remodeled and was very clean.

Cons:

The exterior of the building looked run down. The parking lot needed repaving. The front entry had garbage overflowing the garbage can. We were relieved that the inside did not match the outside.

Pros:

It was a good location to stay, and they had a good breakfast

Cons:

There was some remodeling going on inside the hotel on our floor, it smelled really bad like drywall or paint? We would not have stayed there if we were told this up front. It was super noisy also; there was a loud radio playing in the hallway by the staff doing remodeling. The Ice machine also had black particles in it when I went to get ice, it was strange

I would choose another motel the next time we stay in Lincoln City.
Pros:

The Pool and Hot Tub were great.

Cons:

Breakfast ended at 9:30. We got down there at 8:50 a.m. and a few items were out and they were no restocking and the lady at the front desk said it was not their responsibility to keep restocked when they only had so much to put out each day and she said well be ran out of gravy for the biscuits and no more was going to be made as there was still 40 minutes left for breakfast. The coffee was awful as it was out of a machine and not freshly brewed each morning.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel well located for seeing local sights.

Cons:

Front desk was unmanned much of the time. Breakfast was hit and miss, for example, I had to chase up the staff for more bread because they'd completely run out and no one was monitoring it.

Nice stay
Pros:

Nice clean bed. Good breakfast. Only fault and really not their fault was because of construction/remodeling hardly any parking room and some construction inside.

Pros:

They removed breakfast before it was over so we didn’t get to eat

Cons:

The place was under construction and had many dangerous hazards accessible to children. The smoke detector by our room chirped all night. We woke up early to hammering and pounding from the construction. Our toilet seat was broken as well

Great times in Lincoln City
Pros:

Even though the motel is going through a renovation the facilities were all clean. All the staff that we encountered as well as the front counter staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was really great.
