El personal es sumamente amable y ágil. Las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares. El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio y la ubicación es perfecta.
Die Lage ist perfekt .nahe am Strand und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Great location and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is situated at the end of the Segunda El Sardinero Beach on a cup de sac, which is quiet at night. Uber was quick, never a wait of more than a few minutes during our frequent journeys into city. Cost was about €6. There are also frequent cheap buses from a stop a 10 minute walk away.
The hotel restaurant was pretty good and we ate there twice. Locally there are few good choices for food, but huge numbers of restaurants in Santander.
The view of the beach and the bay from the terrace was good except for a flat roof between us and tbe sea.
The room was clean, the bed confortable and the air conditioning was effective. There was a safe, the key obtained from reception after leaving a deposit.
Reception staff were friendly and spoke English.
Breakfast was quite good, except for spluttering coffee machines and poor hot food.
The small infinity pool looked clean. But, there was no shade to be had around it and we didn't use it.
We enjoyed the city very much. We saw all the sights, spent time on the beach, and took the ferry across the harbour to Somo, lovely beach there. Pedreña, also a ferry stop, is not worth getting off the boat to see.
The location was quiet but the worst thing about the stay was the lack of soundproofing in the room. Noisy children and neighbours could be heard.
The bathroom with a shower over the bath, was small.
In high season the €350 per night still seemed expensive. The hotel is ready for refurbishment.

- la zona de la piscina hace falta una barandilla justo donde se pone el puesto del operario…dado que una persona andando por ahi puede caerse generando un gran problema
-los baños estan algo obsoletos.
