Pros:

The previous reviews speak for themselves. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and is thoughtfully laid out. It offers a completely different experience from any typical hotel. Rather than feeling like you’re staying in a hotel, it feels as though you’re staying in someone’s home.

The staff do not feel like staff at all, but more like friends who are hosting you. Friends who are always ready to help with anything you may need. A solid 10/10 for the location, cleanliness, and hospitality. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and impeccably clean throughout my stay.

Over priced for what it is.
Pros:

Lovely grounds good location, staff helpful.

Cons:

Very dated, bed incredibly uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, no mixing tap in bathroom. Kettle so full of limescale had to ask for replacement

Pros:

I attended a wedding at this venue, from a wedding guests perpective, the excellent rating is for every member of staff. The reception, bar, and domestic staff, were professional, helpful, attentive and polite. Thank you so much for making the happy event even better.

Really lovely room,ideal setting, just the little important things do matter.
Pros:

Room was lovely,understand it had recently been refurbished. There were several small things overlooked. Eg. 1. The shower head was too low. 2. There was no obvious socket for the coffee machine. 3. There was no waste bins in the main rooms. 4. The toilet seat was very poor and broken . 5. Welcome gift had items that had been opened and used before., one bottle emmpy, and the gift box soggy with spilt lotions.
Breakfast was disappointing, with main items I.e. bacon sausages and hash browns obviously not being freshly cooked.

Cons:

I think I have pointed that out in answering previous question.
A very nice hotel spoilt by the little things that matter.

we informed the staff of something that wasn't working at checkout so they where aware of it as we only stayed 1 night .

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, staff amazing. Although that have altered downstairs for disabled, there is no lift, to upper levels, so people with walking difficulties and climbing stairs, the place is no good. Sorry. This is the reason in why i near rated your hotel 10
