Highlight of our trip
Pros:

Exceptional property with even better staff/service. Was our first time to the Almalfi Coast, and didn't know what to expect - however this experience would have surpassed anything. 3 night stay in early May.

Hotel, interior design, views and grounds are amazing and immaculately maintained - they could film a season of White Lotus here easily. Our Deluxe room was a little small - but the furnishings, view and experience canceled out any problem there.

Meals were 5 star every time, and without exception every staff member were the nicest, welcoming professionals we encountered on our 10 day trip across Italy.

Could go on and on - but for those that research reviews to determine where they will stay...we would not hesitate to recommend with highest remarks.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

We stayed here during our first visit to Ravello. We arrived here by taxi. Ravello is a typical hilltop town, so the roads here are narrow and winding.
The appearance and the façade of the hotel is very pretty. The pink colour makes it stand out and in a tasteful fashion. The lobby is open and is elegantly appointed. Our arrival was as smooth as can be. Antonio Ferrara, who helped us throughout our stay was friendly, attentive and most courteous. Antonio never made us feel like we were but paying customers. He really did go out of his way and we really appreciated it. The outdoor plunge pool was fantastic as was the sitting area beside it. We didn’t have the opportunity to visit the indoor pool and spa. The rooms are tastefully appointed and show a lot of character. We always had small welcome treats, a bottle of their local wine (the hotel’s itself, showcasing the strong local ties) and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The passageways, the restaurants and the décor were all brilliant. The character and the culture was definitely on display. The people responsible for the design definitely deserve considerable credit as the details are evident everywhere. Breakfast is delicious at the Rossellini’s. We didn’t have the opportunity to have dinner here but the menu looked amazing. This is a Michelin starred restaurant. We did dine at the terrace and the bartender was exceptionally skilled. There’s a private clubhouse by the sea around 10 minutes away by shuttle. I have to confess, we didn’t have anywhere near as much time to explore this hotel as we would’ve liked as we were busy exploring Ravello, and the town centre is a five minute walk from the hotel, as is the Villa Rufolo. However, both hubby and I have made up our minds to return and spend a good few days at this establishment and in this town. It has the makings of a perfect getaway. Lastly, we would also like to thank the effervescent Claudia along with Antonio for making our stay memorable. Grazie mille!

Heaven itself 🦩💕
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, it exceeded all my expectations..The service, the comfort, the food, the hospitality, it was simply fantastic, everything was simply beautiful, sophisticated, and wonderful. Every time we left our room, it was cleaned and we received little gifts, every time of the day, I loved every moment of it, and most of all, everything was pink.

Great service and beautiful premises
Pros:

The level of service was outstanding. Antonio from the reception was especially wonderful - I cannot imagine better customer service, going out of his way to enable whatever the customer needs and finding a perfect solution. Thank you for everything!

Very beautiful and good-quality hotel
Pros:

Very nice design, good location,, beautiful views. Small treats in the room,
What we also appreciated was a quality breakfast, and not just cheap variety that looks good but is tasteless. Recently, many expensive hotels try to do this. So it was perfect that the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t providing all the options about activities. We wanted to do path of Gods, and the staff offered us a taxi one way over 250 euro. They should have mentioned that there are other options like buses or local taxi, which are way cheaper. This wasn’t nice.
No kettle in a room, just a coffee machine.
The spa is also quite small

Always the best experience
Pros:

We have been coming here for many years, we love it and would never go anywhere else. Location is superb of course but the main strength of the hotel is the staff. Everyone, from the front desk, through housekeeping, restaurant, pool, spa - superb. My favourite spot is the roof, nice place to relax xx

Antonio helped plan great excursions with top notch guides during our stay.
Pros:

Ravello is a charming quiet town away from the typical more tourist heavy destinations in Amalfi. Rossalini’s, their on site Michelin restaurant, was fantastic.

Beautiful romantic hotel
Pros:

We had lowest category room which offers very good value access to this beautiful hotel. Brilliant service and grounds stand out. Only problem is I prefer the (much more expensive) neighbour

Sublime et sérénité
Pros:

Excellents views, service, breakfast ! We loved our stay in Ravello - the magical place , especially when there are no day tourists : early morning and later afternoon - evenings. But inside the hotel guests enter a magical world where the time stops and both the body and soul can truly relax.

An amazing hotel
Pros:

We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything.
The hotel provided a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. Not the nicest of rooms we’ve stayed at but that was more to do with our budget rather than the hotel. If you can afford to then you should definitely book a room with a sea view, however if you can’t you still get to enjoy the luxury of the rest of the hotel.
An AMAZING hotel and no surprise at all that it’s been given 5 stars
