Oxford short stay
Pros:

Nice, quiet location, clean room.Very good breakfast. Close to city centre, which you can reach walking by the canal.

Cons:

A bit dated decor, paint peeling of the wall, no air-conditioning which you can really feel in the extremely hot, recent weather conditions especially in south facing room.

Not cheap, but it met expectations.
Pros:

The room is comfortable, though warm (it is curious the lack of air conditioning in English hotels). Breakfast is okay, and the location is good (if you like to walk, you can reach the city center in 20-25 minutes).

Cons:

Parking cost GBP 10/night paid in advance, but you were not sure if you would find a spot if you arrived late. There are some street parking spots where you can park overnight (if I am not mistaken, between 8 PM and 11 AM). The information about Congestion Charge zones was also inaccurate. We passed a camera/radar and were told at the reception not to worry about it.

Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem, die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Es war extrem heiß und es gab in unserem Zimmer keinerlei Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Wir haben entsprechen kaum schlafen können. Das Wasser im Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen, was eklig ist und für den Preis auch nicht angemessen.

Posizione comoda e hotel pulito, ma qualche “ma”.
Pros:

Posizione comoda: l’hotel si trova a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Oxford, che si può raggiungere anche con i bus che passano sulla strada principale. Se raggiungete l’hotel in auto, dovete stare attenti al pedaggio di 5£ per cogestione (dipende dalla strada che viene percorsa). Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Personale freddo e distaccato.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Prezzo del parcheggio per un giorno (10£).

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel , staff are top notch , very helpful, breakfast was very good .
it's about half an hour walk to centre of Oxford, regular buses at top of Street or even better walk in through the park there were plenty of spaces in the car park at the weekend .
lovely shower and fluffy towels

Cons:

the lighting in the bedroom was poor my only gripe

Il y avait tous le nécessaire pour un hôtel de ce calibre. La chambre calme. Le petit déjeuner était au top.

Cons:

Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Les 2 lits 2 places étaient dans une unique pièce.
