A stay with character and would definitely stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Lots of character, great location for where we needed and staff were friendly. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons:

Room overlooked the outside area of the bar so noisy until after closing. No usb charging capability in the room.

Overall happy with friendly staff and very spacious room
Pros:

Good location with free parking. Very spacious room that was good value for money. Dog friendly

Cons:

Very limited menu for vegetarians/vegans so we didn’t eat here.

A very pleasant location but you might want to eat elsewhere which is a shame!
Pros:

The room was excellent with, for me, the added luxury of a bath. The garden area provided shade and a pleasant place to sit.

Cons:

The only disappointing thing was the overcooked fish and chips which were inedible when I had been looking forward to enjoying them in the pleasant surroundings. When I complained I was brought some substitute chips, but still charged the full price. There is no need to cook and re cook chips three times!

Would stay again when in the area
Pros:

Did not know what to expect upon arrival. Car park was a little difficult to locate as the only sign was a tad faded. Car parked ok and upon entering reception we were greeted by pleasant staff . Room was outside not inside the main building and from the outside looks like it needs a spruce up but all was good on the inside. All staff were attentive and dinner was very good. Breakfast the next day had a good choice and was speedily served. Coffee was good as well.

Cons:

signage for car parking but just a small detail really.
