Single accommodation only left. The bathroom was not good. Tiles weren't even and not enough mains sockets.
Air conditioning in the summer would have been better.

Location is good for local attractions.
Due to the extreme heat weather I found that the small single room (room 3) was extremely hot despite having a fan in the room. It would be a good idea that if the UK is going to have more extreme hot weather you upgrade all rooms to have some form of air conditioning.
The Hotel looks nice from the road and a great location for accessing Lemington. A short and enjoyable walk to the parks and town
There appeared to host a number of very drunk people, its hard to be honest without offending but people with addiction and nowhere to stay.
The weather was unusually hot, which could not be helped but some small requests was denied. We requested a wine cooler as it was my partners birthday, the only thing available was a warm bucket. We requested some ice which was denied as the bar may need it. Paying £135 for this night was a proper kick in the teeth. We requested an additional fan, the receptionist said he would have a look and let us know, that was the last we heard.
The room was small and very stuffy, the only window opened up onto an alley full of bins and overlooked but a neighbouring property so had to keep curtains closed. There was damp patches on the wall and the Kingsize bed consisted of two separate beds pushed together so the middle was "no mans land" as it was a join.
We left at 0800 as it was just so bad. The Town was amazing, this hotel was terrible

Location was great and friendly staff.
There was a stain on the bedsheet, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was some rubbish from last occupant, the sink hadn’t a large crack in it. The room was incredibly hot, I know it was the back end of a heatwave, but we could not sleep and had to check out at 7:15am just to get out of the room.

The history of the building was great, however due to the age of the building it was very dated inside and was very tired looking. However, in fairness this was reflective of the price we paid, so the hotel wasn’t charging more than it should. It was a cheap night away.
Again due to the age of the building it didn’t have air con and we did stay in the heat wave so it was a very uncomfortable night. The receptionist was great though he did find us another fan.
breakfast could be better…no ham, no cheese, no friend &boild eggs, no omelette .,..
Centrally located for Lemington. Good selection buffet breakfast, comfy bed.
Good hotel. Good location. The staff so friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I found was that they only put two milk on your tray for coffee and tea. So got some more from reception.
