Cons:

The room it wasn't lean properly, spiders web, pistachio on the floor......some damages in the room and that's not fair to keep and ask for deposit, that's abusive, very disappointed and the supervisor/manager pass their responsibility to the Booking.com, unacceptable for someone who cover that position in the hotel.

Everything we needed for an overnight business stay.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed for an over night business stay, clean and a convenient location. Very good selection of breakfast.

Nah bro
Pros:

Good location, quite a friendly receptionist.

Cons:

Last minute payment of 200 to hold down two rooms even though our actual booking was 150. So we were out of 350 until the 'deposit was sent back. Could be pretty difficult for anyone who doesnt have that much. Floor boards will insanely squeaky and old. Room had old damaged carpet and a kettle with no cradle so you had to pour it while pulling on the cord about 30cm away from the socket. Not really worth it even though kelvingrove is so lovely.
