Staff were good.

Cons:

Status of the room! Bathroom was dangerous due to shower facilities. Risk of slipping due to flooding of floor and external floor. hygiene not good. Air intake difficult due to window movement which damaged my arm.
Noisy neighbours at 4.00am.

Bathroom on the small side, also charging a holding deposit on a room that has already been paid is a bit daft and im still waiting for that to be released back into my account

Excellent location for the hydro,lovely Italian on the corner and plenty places for a drink.
Pros:

The room was lovely the girl behind desk went above and beyond(blonde hair) sorry forgot name,was my husbands birthday she done everything she could to help make our stay special,like having a fridge in the room.

Cons:

Price had doubled due to a concert which were attending!!!

Value for money , Happy enough with our stay but the rooms could do with a being a bit more brighter , a wee bit dismal
