The room was small, gloomy and poorly lit. It was next to the lift and staircase and quite noisy. I left a new pair of pyjamas on the towel rail, but they were not found and there was little interest in finding them for me, which I found very disappointing. The overnight rate was more than double the normal price, just because of the Games

A comfortable bed. Brilliant staff who were very warm and welcoming, and very helpful and efficient - they went out of their way to help us make the most of our stay.
Room gave the appearance of being quite small and dim: bathroom was an awkward shape, bath/shower difficult to get in and out of, dressing table mirror, not working, window unable to close/open. General hotel decor very dark/drab.
Breakfast a little disappointing: limited options for cereals, and no porridge! (expected this as being a given, in Scotland - available in all hotels in England!)

Nice, comfortable hotel in leafy West Glasgow, close to Kelvingrove Park and Museum and with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Would happily stay there again.
I did not like anything. I chose "BEST Western "?thinking. Guests and customers were A priority and the best.I observed "A MOUSE "in my room.
Management did not appear concerned about "HEALTH and Safety ".I feel traumatized " after observing this "rodent " in my room.
Unfortunately I will be residing there "Tomorrow night "prior to returning to Canada.
Management is not taking any "Accountability:about "Health and safety "issues. I unequivocally feel "PEST Control should be informed. Before the "health and safety "of the guests is exposed to "A RODENT ISSUE ".
Hotel was not too far away from being central to shops
La relación calidad/precio para las fechas de temporada alta en agosto estaba muy bien, la habitación era amplia y limpia, tenía secador y una tetera para hacer café o té, la ducha estaba bien equipada, por lo que cumplió las expectativas. Se ubicaba en una calle principal con parada de autobus cercana que te llevaba al centro de la ciudad en unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.
El suelo era de moqueta y supongo que por debajo de madera en un poco mal estado, porque se hacia bastante ruido al caminar. Luego nuestra habitación estaba al lado de los ascensores y se escuchaban un poco, pero como principalmente era por la mañana y madrigabamos a las 7 am, no supuso un problema.
