Our overnight stay
Pros:

comfortable room, beds. clean, inviting.

Cons:

Wish our stay was longer but very early hospital appointment.
Definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. Sleep was great.

Very nice in there, workers are nice . Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were a bunch of kids in the pool/hot tub with floaties, beach ball and water guns. Not accessible for other paying guests.

Have stayed at this location often but it’s getting a bit to pricey
Pros:

Clean and comfortable suite and was nice to see that it has recently been renovated

Cons:

No individual packets of butter or margarine, everyone had to use the same container. There was no bread , bagels out at 9 am .

It was disappointing that price went up when I was checking out, and actives like hot tub are

The breakfast was good, a decent selection, location is good

Cons:

On line it shows a price and when I was booked for my stay it came through at a higher price, hot tub is advertised in the ad but it has been down for a long time we were told , It is not healthy to continue to dump chemical into a heated tub and allow people to sit in it , The public health department could be advised.

The stay was pleasant and quiet, but I really think there needs to be microwaves in the rooms .

It was clean and there was no one loitering around the building it seemed safe

Cons:

Well I have trouble walking and yes the handicap parking was close to the main entrance except there is only 2 spaces so I had to park a fair distance away the next morning the vehicle that had parked beside me was parked very close on the driver’s side so when I tried to get in I hurt my knee I just feel there should be at least 4/5 handicap spaces with the size of hotel . Thank you for hearing me out

Very poor considering what I paid.
Cons:

When I booked the room on line,I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I was not, and was on a booking rooms site of some kind. As a result I believe I did not get the best price nor accurate information. Since the display lead me to think that I was on the hotel site and was not is misleading advertising. I feel was cheated.
Other than that the place was rather dirty especially the floors, the WI-FI was spotty and the door cards had to be reprogrammed regularly.

Convenient location for our travels.

Cons:

While driving from south eastern Ontario to Edmonton Alberta, we stayed at a few hotels. Your hotel was twice the price of any other we stayed at with zero value added. All hotels were somewhat equal in quality.
