Дуже смачні сніданки. Персонально на сніданок для тебе готують панкейк, чи омлет... Великий номер. Меблі старуваті. Не можу сказати, що було грязно, але було волосся на підлозі від попередніх гостей. Взагалі, дуже гарне враження від готелю.

Cons:

Щури, які просто гуляють містом. Не бояться людей зовсім, бігають між ніг, особливо в Старому місті. Було дуже неприємно їсти в ресторані, а в цей момент між ногами пробіг величезний щур. Нажаль, вони також є біля готелю, на парковці... Із за щурів мусили зменшити перебування в готелі. Готель првернув кошти, за що їм велика подяка.

Niestety pobyt nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Przed przyjazdem skontaktowałam się z hotelem z pytaniem, czy klimatyzacja działa prawidłowo, ponieważ podróżowałyśmy z psem, który bardzo źle znosi wysokie temperatury. Otrzymałam jednoznaczne zapewnienie, że klimatyzacja będzie sprawna.
Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że klimatyzacja praktycznie nie chłodziła. Problem zgłosiłyśmy od razu po zameldowaniu. Recepcja poinformowała nas, że zgłosi sprawę i podczas naszej nieobecności ktoś spróbuje usunąć usterkę oraz zostaniemy poinformowane o rezultacie. Niestety dopiero około godziny 21, gdy same dopytałyśmy o sprawę, usłyszałyśmy, że podobny problem dotyczy większej części hotelu i naprawa będzie możliwa dopiero po weekendzie. Oznaczało to, że podczas naszego pobytu klimatyzacja nie zostanie naprawiona.
Ze względu na późną porę nie miałyśmy już realnej możliwości znalezienia innego noclegu, dlatego zostałyśmy zmuszone do pozostania w hotelu. Spędziłyśmy noc w przegrzanym i głośnym pokoju - okna wychodziły na ruchliwą ulicę.

Dodatkowo część ręczników w pokoju była wilgotna, co zauważyłam dopiero w nocy, kiedy recepcja była już nieczynna. W opisie pokoju znajdowały się również elementy wyposażenia, których w rzeczywistości nie było (między innymi kapcie). Nie miało to dla nas większego znaczenia, jednak opis pokoju powinien odpowiadać rzeczywistemu wyposażeniu.

Istotnym problemem było również zameldowanie. Po przyjeździe kilkukrotnie dzwoniłyśmy domofonem do recepcji, jednak nikt nie odpowiadał. Dopiero po wykonaniu telefonu na numer komórkowy udało się skontaktować z obsługą i wejść do hotelu.

Na plus oceniam możliwość zejścia z psem na śniadanie oraz fakt, że hotel zwrócił koszt śniadań jako "gest dobrej woli". Nie zmienia to jednak mojej ogólnej oceny pobytu.

Największe rozczarowanie budzi fakt, że przed przyjazdem specjalnie zapytałam o sprawność klimatyzacji i otrzymałam jednoznaczne zapewnienie, że będzie działała prawidłowo.

Sehr schöne Lage, Bad dringend renovierungsbedürtig

Sehr gute Lage, auch bei Anreise mit eigenem PKW. Das Zimmer war schön, das Bett gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist dringend rennovierungsbedürftig. Siebe der Wasserhähne waren zugesetzt und spritzten. Die Dusche war spiegelglatt und führte zu einem Sturz, der schwere Prellungen hinterließ. Die Parkgebühr war sehr teuer, die Rechnung nicht transparent.
