Cons:

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the room is next to a steakhouse, and the smell of the meat entered the room via the bathroom vent all day long.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Trotz der zentralen Lage in Soho war es ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, daher keine Bewertung dazu möglich.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer neben einer Verbindungstüre, war nicht ideal, da diese jedesmal laut geknallt hat, wenn jemand durchging.

Fantastic location.
Pros:

Amazing location. Comfortable bed with good amenities. Nice touch of free wine at 6pm.

Cons:

First room we stayed in was quite noisy from street. We complained and got moved. The staff were very helpful.

Amazing location, well appointed rooms and super friendly staff keep us coming back to this hotel. Special mention to Ayush and Rama who were extra helpful at checkout this trip. We will be back!!

Great service at a great location
Pros:

We enjoyed returning to this hotel at a convenient location with great service that offered a family room to accommodate 3 travelers. The service was consistently friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the Tottenham Court Underground stop (Elizabeth line) and walking distance to many plays. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was helpful. Even though there was a delay in getting the room ready, the staff went out of their way to give us a place to rest after our overseas arrival until the room was ready. Room was modern and clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Best hotel in London!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Soho. Very cosy, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so polite, friendly and kind to my child. Really loved this hotel and we will be back!
