The Resident Soho

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 3 nuits et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. La chambre était confortable, avec une literie très agréable qui permet de bien se reposer. J’ai aussi apprécié la présence d’une bouilloire dans la chambre, un petit détail toujours pratique.

L’emplacement est excellent, très bien situé, tout en restant calme, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le départ à 12h est également un vrai plus, cela permet de profiter sans stress.

Le personnel était très gentil, accueillant et toujours souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

The whole staff was exceptional! The bed & sheets were extremely comfortable.

Bathroom and shower especially was stunning and refreshing.
Bed was massive and so comfortable.

The room was small for two people, but the staff allowed us to store our empty luggage with them which cleared up our space. There was a place to work which was great and the location offered so many options to walk to. The staff was wonderful and their candy treats are addictive.

We stayed here for two nights, 7 and 8 May. One of the reasons we booked here was the location. It’s handy for the theatres, eating out and shopping. Close to Tottenham Court Road tube station which is good for northern line connections to Euston.
The team are fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. Our room looked out towards Soho square and was a good size, and very quiet. The sink and fridge with plates and crockery are very helpful. It was all very clean and the most comfortable bed with lovely bedding.
We very much enjoyed staying here and would definitely return - the staff really make the difference.

Our 6-night stay at The Resident Soho was absolutely wonderful. They are, by far, the most hospitable team we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! Every single member of the front office was incredibly warm and truly made us feel at home. They never failed to greet us, always checked in on what we needed, and were exceptionally sweet to our daughter. Every evening, they went out of their way to ask about our daily tours and activities.
We were so pleasantly surprised and grateful that our room was beautifully made up every single day—coming "home" to a clean space made us so happy. Their restaurant recommendations were always spot on, and we deeply appreciate their flexibility in granting us a late check-out for our late flight. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our family!

First trip to London with family.
Resident Soho delivered a ‘wow’ experience for my daughter, my sister, and me. From the moment we entered the premises, the staff members were so accommodating and made us feel so welcome.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our stay was further elevated by the fresh, stylish decor. Housekeeping staff did a great job. After each long day of sightseeing, we returned to a room that was tidy, restocked, and refreshed. All we had to do was unwind and relax.
Resident Soho’s location is interesting. It is tucked away on Carlisle, a quiet side street that, in a few steps, opens up to a busy and bustling main road. Despite being so close to the main road, our room, on the third floor, was quiet and peaceful. We all slept soundly.
We extend special thanks to front-desk associate Ayush with whom we had the most interaction and who made sure we were well taken care of, throughout our stay. We so appreciate Ayush and all of the other staff members at Resident Soho. If we ever visit London again, there’s no question where we’d stay: Resident Soho is the place to be!

This place is just the one I chose for already 3y+. It’s in the heart of the magic soho area; reception is excellent. rooms are very cosy. The whole experience is just a charm ! And this is why I keep coming back and enjoying!
