Great location
Pros:

Room was quite good. The gym that they have affiliation with is very good though. Location is super, super, super good. Staff are helpful and fair. I promised to give them another chance - and I will.

Cons:

A bit too expensive for a room with no breakfast, no pool, no gym in the hotel. Just seemed too steep. In addition, the AC kept going off, and it was one of the hottest weekends in London. Eventually I got transferred to another room (which was noisier). However, they deducted one night off so that was very fair. Hopefully UK gets better with AC tech guys - this kind of weather is supposedly a new thing.

Overall, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were all amazingly helpful.
Pros:

Ideally located for the show I was going to see.

Cons:

Be mindful that the property behind the hotel is on the same level. This means they look straight into your bedroom window. Best to keep the blinds down to resolve the issue.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location great value

Soho location was perfect but it was also so quiet which was brilliant considering it was right in the middle of soho. Whole place smelled divine beds so comfy shower great free welcome Drink and they called when room

A hidden gem in London's charming Soho.
Pros:

The Resident Soho is a hidden gem of a hotel in one of London's most vibrant communities. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of during our brief but delightful stay. Hotel room was small but well appointed with a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. Delighted to be given a welcome bottle of wine and also invited to join nightly wine reception. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating to any request.
