Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Generally praised as clean and well-kept across many reviews (clean rooms, tidy property), though a few reports noted mildew in shower caulk, rust on sprinkler, and one report of flea bites which lowers the score slightly.
Service
9.7
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and polite; excellent bartender and bar service highlighted. One negative interaction was with an Expedia agent (not front-desk staff), so on-site service remains highly rated.
Location
8.6
Location is described as safe, quiet and centrally placed for many needs; however several guests noted it is somewhat far from attractions and one comment mentioned traffic noise through windows.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are frequently called clean, spacious and comfortable; some wear and aging noted (bath fan ineffective, mildew, rust, lack of in-room plates/utensils) which modestly reduces the rating.
Amenities
9
Strong amenities: popular bar with great bartender, pool, preloaded streaming (Netflix/Disney+), and consistent hot breakfast. Minor negatives include parking logistics/fee but overall amenities are a highlight.
Value for Money
8
Many guests called it excellent value and appreciate included breakfast/pool, but recurring complaints about a $12 self-parking fee and parking lot condition reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as great/delicious and the bar receives strong praise (good drinks, great bartender). A few small notes (e.g., breakfast not always refilled) are isolated.
Overall Experience
9.5
Majority of stays described as wonderful, family-friendly, and repeat-worthy with strong recommendations; isolated service/maintenance and parking issues are exceptions rather than the norm.

Pros:

I had my do not disturb and house keeping came into my room and re-arranged my personal items. Also, when I brought this to Expedia’s attention, I got a very rude and unprofessional response from the agent.

Pros:

The room was great. I only wished the restroom had one of those circulating fans. Also, there was a sink, microwave, and refrigerator, i wish they had plates and silverware IN the room.

Everything was wonderful, but one thing that stood out for me was the bar. Great bartender, drinks on point and comfortable environment. The only thing missing was some soft jazz music.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Little worn around the edges but overall a good experience. Not a fan of the $12 parking. Otherwise all good.

Great property. Only downfall is the traffic noise through the windows. They need triple pane windows.

Pros:

My family flew in from all over the country for a family wedding and we all stayed here. Had a perfect time! Beautiful property, rooms, clean, right in the middle of everything, and the bar is a lot of fun with an amazing bartender! We enjoyed hanging out at night and day in the bar area. The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious! Highly recommend! Also, just far enough from Portland to be safe and away from the crime and noise of the city.
