We liked the park across from the property and we really appreciated the kitchen in our suite. Nice view.
Not enough hooks/counter space in bathroom. Ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper and told the front desk and didnt get replacements. Generally ghe room had lots of minor damage to it. Room was very expensive for what it was
Good location across from the park and close to downtown. Had two restaurants, one was Moxies and the other a Sharks club. We dined at Moxies and food was excellent.
Located beside train tracks, which our room was facing. Noisy at night, however they provided a white noise machine and earplugs which were very helpful. Some small maintenance items needed addressing, bathroom door did not close, black finger marks on back of door, baseboards needed some clean up.

Location was nice. Restaurant attached to hotel was good.
View was not nice. The room also faced the train station so they put up a thick blanket-like curtain to minimize the noise but it would not go up so the room was dark and cave- like. The bathtub was dirty with streaks and a clump of hair. The charger next to the bed did not work and the refrigerators froze my items.
I did tell the staff at the front desk about the situation and was given an apology.

The trains all day and night long
The only thing I liked was that I was going to be able to sleep. The room, the conditions and everything else about this hotel couldn’t possibly have been worse.
Just because I made my booking through booking.com, I was given a room that was directly adjacent to the rail track. Trains kept going back and forth all night long. I did not sleep a wink the entire night.
Plus, I was quite deliberately given a room that had no smart TV in the room. The TV that was in the room had virtually no channel that was worth watching.
The table at the Moxies restaurant the next morning was disgustingly filthy, the food was not even mediocre. I could keep going on and on.

We won’t be back!
My husband and I have just stayed one night at this hotel as part of our Rocky Mountaineer trip. The room was awful. It was grubby, smelly and in dire need of refurbishment. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine so cue no sleep either. It makes me pretty angry that hotels feel it is acceptable to charge for accommodation which is so below standard.
Location was great - next to riverside park and downtown.
The common areas of the hotel (lobby, elevators, hallways) were not clean. There was rubbish on the floor in the hallways, uncollected room service crockery on the floor, used pool towels on the floor in the pool area. The hot tub was out of service for maintenance. One of the elevators was out of service resulting in long waits to get to room. Staff were not particularly courteous to guests. Overall it felt like the hotel was suffering from poor management and was not reaching its full potential.
Front desk staff were amazing
Stained towels, water pressure in shower was not the greatest, felt like someone kept going in the room when we stepped out of the hotel
The location was perfect, the price was reasonable. The room was comfortable.
The used men’s underwear on the coat hanger. The robes were a nice touch, but didn’t use them because the hot tub was out of service. No lotion, but front desk gave us a small tube. Thank you.
