Pros:

Good bfast; lovely vistas;

Cons:

We were allocated an accessible room - we felt we should have been notified of this beforehand; cairns restaurant felt out of keeping with the rest of the hotel + no need for the singing on friday evenings; hotel had to call us after we had checked out to settle an outstanding bill despite us checking with staff the night before of any outstanding charges

Beautiful hotel, seriously comfy beds.
Pros:

Breakfast superb. Room spacious and very very comfy. Bathroom beautiful. Staff could not have been more welcoming.

Cons:

We only stayed one night and could have done with a long weekend there!

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The freshness of the whole hotel and the bright, spacious bathroom. Great shower.

Cons:

The one let down was the food, eg, breakfast, the hot buffet not up to scratch, limited pastries, although the plated porridge was excellent. Fish and chips amount of batter excessive and grossly overdone, making it inedible though fish was excellent. Husbands flat steak nicely cooked but flavour spoilt with a type of green salsa not mentioned on menu. Chicken tika and prawn brioche outstanding.

One small downside about the bedroom, the Duvet was far too heavy and hot. Ended up kicking it off the bed.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Amazing stay at Murrayshall
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying in a luxury pod with my 2 daughters for 3 nights. The accommodation was spotless, and had everything you would need. The TV in the lounge area felt like we were in the set itself :).
Hot tub was great and the sun shining was a rare bonus.
We arrived early and I was treated to a massage with Lucy, which was amazing.
We then had afternoon tea in Cairns and it was yummy, staff couldn't have done enough.
Food and service were incredible. We ate in both restaurants and the highlight was the 8 course taster menu and the service from Paul, the restaurant manager. Adjustments were made to menu for my daughter as she is pregnant.
The surrounding area is beautiful and we went both quad biking and a hike.
This was our first time here, and highly recommended. It's also a short drive to Perth Race Course.
It really was a great experience with the friendliest, courteous and fun staff.

Excellent stay, would book again.
Pros:

The stay was excellent with a lovely room, well set up for our pet spaniel to stay too. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was good.

Cons:

The hotel is slightly tired in places, although there is clearly a rolling programme of decorating and updates. There were building works ongoing during our stay which were noisy during breakfast, but did not interrupt our stay otherwise.
