Excellent customer experience - Congrats to the staff!
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant, good food & drinks, and at the hotel they paid attention and communicated well amongst themselves so that even with a change of shift, our afternoon requests for the following morning, were fully attended to and impeccably delivered.

Everything , we were given an upgrade to a suite which was georgous, quiet and really had everything you could ask for

Cons:

Tv signal was really bad but it’s always the same in the south of Ireland it’s time it was upgraded

Pros:

Staff exceptional. Room was spacious, well equipped, and room A/C saved from the heat. Breakfast was lovely, same with dinner and drinks at the Bar. Lovely seating areas in front of hotel, extra cosy.

Cons:

only minus personally for us was the mattress. unfortunately, we couldn't sleep both nights at all, it was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem. Very friendly

Cons:

We could not check in until after a wedding we were at! It wod have been nice to check in before even if we didn’t get into our room. Not a big deal really!

Very comfortable and great staff
Pros:

Breakfast and location were perfect for us. As we were out most of the time the view was not important but it was overlooking the inside of the property which was not great.

Great place to stay on the Ring of Kerry
