The location is very central.

Cons:

The room was dated and a bit tired. The heating didn't seem to function well. We would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

room was very scruffy paint chips skirting boards missing. aircon didn't work properly, tv in bedroom didn't work both table tops were broken. dirty cutlery in draw. Tv didn't have freeview so viewing options were very limited

It is right by the square so very convenient.
Lovely reception staff who were very helpful with parking etc.

Cons:

The room had a very strong smell which perhaps came from cleaning products & the drain in the bathroom floor. After an hour & an increasing headache I had to leave the room, windows can’t be opened. Ended up paying for another more comfortable motel. I could have tried another room but met another guest in hallway who said the same thing so I couldn’t be bothered.

Pros:

Good location in center of town. Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Car parking. We paid $15 to park and found it very difficult to find one as martial arts classes were taking up all the parks.

Cons:

Not hot water for showers on Monday night or Tuesday morning. Apparently a large sporting group had stayed over the long weekend, no apologies from the reception staff on check-out.
