Check in und out zügig und reibungslos.
Großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal.
Aufmersame Hilfe mit meinem Gepäck und rufen eines Aufzugs.

Cons:

Fremde Haare im Bad.
"Balkon" eine Unverschämtheit. Hatte schon schmale, aber das war nur ne Brüstung um sicher Fenster zu öffnen. Stehen fehl am Platz.

Derzeit Baustelle. War nur 1 Nacht da, aber um 10pm haben sie noch gebaut.

Отличный отель, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, всегда можно обратиться и получить помощь. Номер стильный и современный, очень комфортная и удобная рабочая зона. Быстрый и стабильный wifi. Кровать вообще отдельная радость, словно большое облако, спать на ней было одно удовольствие. Хороший завтрак, каждый день было что-то новое, всегда было из чего выбирать.
Отель расположен в деловом районе, со множеством различных магазинов, кафе, ресторанов, ТЦ, хоть и в некотором отдалении от центра, но это абсолютно не портит впечатлений (можно быстро добраться на байк такси), наоборот можно увидеть Ханой с другой стороны.
Снова выберу этот отель когда буду в Ханое.

Cons:

Поставила 9 только из-за того, что в отеле еще не были закончены строительные и отделочные работы и утром можно было проснуться от звуков дрели, которые могли продолжаться в течение дня. Т.к. я работала из номера для меня это было критично, для тех кто в отеле только переночевать это вообще не должно быть проблемой (все работы заканчивались в 17-00).
Как только все закончат с отделкой - отель будет 20 из 10.

Very cozy room at an attractive price

My room was pretty much in the middle of the housekeeping department and the local storage. See the photos of the room.next to me, and direct next to my door. Besides that no window at all.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manhattan, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended.
