Alles in Ordnung aber teuer
Pros:

Zimmer hatten alles was man benötigt und waren sauber. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl aus asiatischen und westlichen Essen. Ist gut gelegen

Cons:

Zimmer waren etwas laut, Verkehr war deutlichste hören. Leider war nach einer langen Reise kein früher Check in möglich, auch nicht mit vorheriger Anfrage. Das Hotel war für das was es bietet sehr teuer, eventuell war es aber auch den vielen gleichzeitigen Messen geschuldet

Super friendly staff and good location
Pros:

The front desk staffs were super attentive and very accommodating. We ordered a Coupang delivery but could not find it. Turns out, the driver had delivered to the wrong building but the staff saw the picture, knew which building it was and even offered to bring it back for us on our behalf. We were so grateful and very surprised by their hospitality. We were at the family room with 3 of us and the beds were decent size. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but we had 4 checked bags, 4 carry ons + more shopping bags and they all fit! Location was good - there's a bus stop right in front or another one in 5 min distance that takes you to Parnas Mall/COEX area.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. The room overall was comfortable. I could workout in the room. I also like the bathtub in the room, which made the experience great

The metro station is a little far. There are also no restaurants in a very close by location

We wanted an affordable place to sleep in the Gangnam area before heading home.
Pros:

Location and price. The room was relatively affordable to its location. Plus the staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

The hallways could use a minor update but overall was very functional.

It was our last two days in Seoul and wanted an affordable place to sleep before going home and stay in the Gangnam area
Pros:

Location and the price. Nothing fancy about the property and was reflectively priced appropriately. Walkable distance to where ever we wanted to visit in Gangnam. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Could use a slight update but functional.

بالمجمل الفندق جيد ومريح. أعجبنا وجود متجر 7-Eleven ومقهى جيد في الدور الأرضي، مما كان مريحًا جدًا لتوفير الاحتياجات اليومية. كما أن دورات المياه جيدة ومريحة

موقع الفندق بعيد نسبيًا عن المنطقة الحيوية في جانجام، لذلك لم يكن عمليًا جدًا بالنسبة لنا كسياح. كما أن الغرف ضيقة، خصوصًا عند الإقامة بأكثر من شخصين، ولا توجد مساحة كافية لإضافة سرير إضافي أو للتحرك براحة. عدد بطاقات الدخول المتاحة للغرفة محدود، وكذلك مقابس الكهرباء قليلة جدًا؛ ففي غرفتنا المخصصة لثلاثة أشخاص لم يكن متاحًا سوى مقبس كهربائي واحد، مما سبب لنا إزعاجًا أثناء شحن الأجهزة

Great stay with great service from the hotel staff.
Pros:

First of all, the staff were very polite and provided a great service. The location was convenient for my stay. The room was a decent size with clean and comfortable bed. As a person who prioritizes quiet room, it was pretty quiet during night time, so a bonus point here for a calm stay.

Cons:

Not a complain, mind you that since the hotel was in the city, it's just surrounded by buildings.

La habitaciones limpias y confortables

Cons:

The service at the reception upon arrival was not the best. When it was time to pay, the credit card machine did not work, and the receptionists’ attitude became quite rude. They then tried a different card machine, and my card worked without any problem.

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that, after the payment went through, the receptionists commented to each other in Korean that “this always happens with foreigners,”.

This made me wonder why, if they are already aware that the first card machine frequently causes problems with foreign customers, they do not simply use a machine that works with international cards from the beginning.

Overall, it was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, made even worse by the attitude of the reception staff and the inappropriate comment they made in Korean.
