A pleasant hotel located a few minutes' walk from the Metro and all that central Paris has to offer.
Pros:

Rooms were ready on arrival, check-in was swift. Lift available.
Good air-con in the rooms.
Rooms were really clean.

Cons:

Communal areas were a little tired, but didn't cause any issues with our stay. Rooms were compact, but fine for a short 3-day stay.

Hotel Garvani
Pros:

Tolle Lage zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zb. 10 Minuten zu Eiffelturm,
5 min zur Metro.
Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, sehr einfach gestaltet, Salami, Kochschinken, Würstchen, 3 verschieden Käsesorten, Rühr- und Spiegelei, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte und Marmeladen, Toastbrot, Küchlein in Folie, Baguette und Butterkroisant. Jeden Tag...ohne Abwechslung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist recht klein aber für die Toplage zumutbar.
Nicht sehr gut war bei Ankunft kein warmes Wasser für 2 Tage, der Mülleimer war noch von der Vorbelegung voll, Kühlschrank warm, undichter Wasserhahn, der Tresorr liegt lose im Schrank, kann jederzeit herausgezogen und woanders geöffnet werden
Alle Mängel angegeben, nach 2 Tagen Abhilfe...
Der Tressor ist immer noch nicht befestigt.
Sehr weiche Matratzen.

Standardeinzelzi - sehr hellhörig, man hört alles durch, alle paar Minuten ein lautes,klopfendes Geräusch, auch nachts (in den Rohren, oder Klimaanlage) Es wird angeführt, dass es einen Aufzug gibt, aber nicht, daß er nur im Halbstock stehen bleibt und man immer 1/2 Stockwerk (auch mit Koffer) gehen muss - insgesamt, alles sehr alt, aber man ist bemüht

No lo recomiendo.
Pros:

La atención del personal con muy buena onda.

Cons:

El dejar la llave cada vez que salís y tener que volver a pedirla al entrar, es un atraso y poco ágil.
La falta de colgante de puerta que diga “no molestar” o “no hacer la habitación hoy” es fundamental para cualquier hotel, si precisas quedarte en la habitación por trabajo remoto o simplemente porque quieres hacerlo, no puede ser que te golpeen la puerta a cada rato y no contento con eso te llaman a molestar y ver si queres que te hagan la habitación.

Despite disappointing size of room and overall configuration of hotel, staff and location were excel

Location was perfect within a short walk of the Eiffel Tower. The staff we met were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although room was very small, it had a large comfortable bed with very effective air conditioning.

Chambre pour 1 pers petite, mais très joliment décorée !
Salle de bain très petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Climatisation avec réglage individuel très appréciable.
Dormir dans des draps de coton égyptien haut de game est toujours un plus qui me fait plaisir !
Quartier sûr le soir. A quelques minutes du métro Passy. Réception ouverte 24/24.
