Quarto bem higienizado e organizado, ar condicionado excelente. Atendimento muito prestativo e atencioso.

Cons:

O Café da manhã é muito bom, contudo, faltou um pouco variedade. Quanto ao valor, algumas taxas não estavam descrtiras no site booking.com e tive que efetuar o pagamento na saída, acho que isso deveria ser mais claro para o cliente.

Tirando o episódio do restaurante o resto foi excelente

Eu tive uma experiencia um pouco decepcionante apenas no restaurante, tirando o café da manhã que é impecável, na hora do almoço e jantar era muito deserto, tinha que ir na recepção e avisar que eu queria almoçar para ver se alguém me atendia e no jantar pior ainda, avisei na recepção , sentei na mesa e depois de 15 min sem ninguém aparecer me levantei e fui com meu filho comer no restaurante que fica a 450 metros do hotel.

A equipe é especialmente atenciosa. Todos muito simpáticos. Um ponto positivo importante é o serviço de praia (instalação de cadeira e guarda-sol) gratuito. Café da manhã muito bom. Instalações boas também. Há opções de lanches e bebidas na piscina que não provei, mas que pareciam ótimas e foram elogiadas por outros hóspedes que comeram e beberam lá.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo importante foi que não consegui concluir pagamento da reserva pelo booking, então paguei por ela pessoalmente no check in, e nesse momento "inventaram" taxas que não estavam previstas na reserva do Booking e nem haviam sido informadas nas conversas anteriores por whatsapp. Achei a cobrança de R$ 120,00 de "taxas diversas" bastante inadequado. Embora eles não avisem em nenhum momento antes do check in, também cobram (acho que R$ 30,00) por dia de estacionamento
