Beautiful Hotel in Baku with a luxury location.
Pros:

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked without any problem. Overall vibe of the hotel made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

I believe the hotel should offer a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and provide free drinking water in the rooms. Since vehicles are not allowed inside the Old City, guests have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. The walk can be tiring, especially because some routes are steep and uphill.

After such a tiring journey, offering a welcome drink and complimentary water would be a thoughtful gesture and would make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Old City Hotel this summer. The location was excellent and very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Wspaniała lokalizacja na starym mieście, niedaleko od ulicy z restauracjami. Śniadanie podawane jest na samej górze budynku z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Czystość łazienki pozostawiała wątpliwości. Bywało też głośno, przez co ciężko było zasnąć.

Отель находится в старом, солидном доме. В номере тихо, уютно. С балкона открывается красивый вид на город. Персонал гостеприимный, отзывчивый. Завтраки устраивают на просторной веранде на последнем этаже. Готовят очень вкусно. Меню из закусок разнообразное. Голодным точно не уйдешь.

Nezaket Hanım bir anne gibi herkesle tek tek ilgilendi, çocuklara istediği kahvaltıyı hazırlamak için çok çaba harcadı. Otel konum iyiydi.

Cons:

Taksi içeri şehre girmek için ücret ödüyormuş o yüzden her seferinde biraz yürümek çocuklarla bizi biraz zorladı. Ama engel değil., değerdi.

Really good stay!
Pros:

The location is truly great, and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a real highlight—it was the same selection every morning and fairly simple, but everything was clean, neat, and freshly prepared. The room itself was also very clean, with well-kept floors and comfortable, clean beds. Daily room cleaning is available if you want it.

Cons:

the bathroom is definitely outdated and not perfect: the toilet lid was broken, the tap was loose, and a shower door was missing. Despite these flaws, the place had a really nice overall charm.
