Lovely atmospheric place to stay and enjoy Topsham.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Pub was nice and staff very friendly. I loved that the rooms were outside.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also a small safe would be useful even for a small charge.

Good choice in Topsham
Pros:

Stayed in the Apartment. Well equipped rooms on first and second floor. Quality breakfast (choice and presentation.) Washing machine a bonus. Topsham estuary is a magical place.

Cons:

Loose shower head. Beds soft for our liking. (Note : Car park is 3 minute walk away)

Good location, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The apartment was well laid out. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good to have basic kitchen and bathroom supplies available. The pub attached served nice food.

Cons:

Due to the heat, we had to leave the windows open since there was no air conditioning, and the fans provided were insufficient. Our rooms faced a main road, and the noise from the traffic early in the morning at 6 AM woke us up.

Lovely stay in beautiful Topsham
Pros:

Stylish decor, powerful shower, spacious bathroom, good fan (the weather was hot). The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bed was slightly softer than I prefer.
