Amazing regardless of the noise
Pros:

It's an absolutely stunning hotel set back in gorgeous grounds. The weather made the hotel and grounds stand out even more as it was beautifully lawned and had weddings booked so extra pretty blossom set ups. It was a very nice treat for my parents x

Cons:

Post wedding noisy guests. There was no restrictions in place to keep noise to minimum after the events.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping guests. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and had black mould, which was particularly off-putting. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Don't be put off if your are not part of the Wedding or other Events - They cope with Everything!
Pros:

Really nice hotel, of great architectural interest and quality bedrooms, harbouring excellent restaurant with freshly cooked breakfast available in the morning. Staff helpful and considerate, great teamwork goes on, spotted even the chef helping out at the tables on wedding days! Located in own grounds, ample free parking and short distance from Barrow. Highly recommend a visit to the Dock Museum in Barrow. Yes, would like to stay again.

Cons:

Perhaps a sauna or small pool experience might be useful in addition to it only being a pure gymnasium?
