I've stayed at that hotel and I have have never had a bad experience there until last night, really I don't know what happened, everytime I stayed there I never had a bad experience. That's why I kept coming back. Last was a really bad experience
I'm a disabled person and when I can't fit the disabled shower seat in the car I send a message to them to put that shower seat and only at that hotel they accommodate with that service, I sent them that message and they always answered me back right away that it was going to be taken care of so I trusted them to take care of it. I never had a problem until last night, I know at three o'clock and most of the time I show up sometimes later than 3:00. On the way there I had a car break down, I arrived there around 12:20 am,me and my wife were so exhausted that all we wanted to check in and shower and go to sleep thinking my reservation was secured and ready, I'm 63 years old and my wife 64 and every time I make a reservation it's always on the first floor, I waited quite a while for them to attend me, they gave me a room on the forth floor, it is a long walk from the reception office to room 447,all we just wanted is shower and rest after a long day. I went to the room 447 and electricity,was not working, the room was hot and humid,I had to walk back to the reception and they sent maintenance person,it took until 130am to fix the issue, we were so tired even my wife fell asleep in t reception area, we settled in got ready for the shower and the shower was not there, I walked all the way down to reception and asked her for the shower seat, she told she was sending someone with the seat, we waited and waited so I called reception and asked her for the seat it never came, we were so tired that we fell asleep. Sunday morning I woke up and went to reception for the breakfast, my wife was so tired she didn't wake up because she was so tired.

Good price, good location.
The rooms feel very old, the bed was not comfortable, the TV was very outdated, no smart TV, couldn't even use the HDMI ports to plug something else in as it wouldn't work.
