Tulum non vale più la pena.
Pros:

Poco. Servizi scarsi colazione alle 8 lenta e troppo tardi. Il mare ovviamente pietoso per via del sargasso. Overpriced e pagato il triplo di quanto costi ora. Almeno un upgrade potevamo farlo.

Eigentlich schade weil das Hotel eigentlich ein Traum aber...

Die Lage direkt am Meer

Cons:

Das Sargassum hat leider in Tulum die Überhand.So auch in der eigentlich schönen kleinen Bucht des Hotel Diamante K. Die trocknen Algen riechen unangenehm und ein Schwimmen im braungefärbten Meer ist nicht möglich.
Dann hatten wir jeden Abend zirka 5 Kakerlaken im Zimmer entdeckt die wir zum Teil mit Gläsern einfangen konnten.
Ja,wir es befindet sich in einem Nationalpark und ja es liegt mitten in der Natur,und ja da kann sich auch mal eine Kakerlake verlaufen aber dass wir jeden Tag einige im Zimmer hatten,deutet stark auf einen Befall hin. Auch der Umstand dass es in einem Naturpark liegt erschwert die Mobilität. UBER Fahrer kommen nicht in die abgesperrte Anlage und man ist also auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen.

Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel in einer absolut ruhigen Atmosphäre. Direkt am Meer kann man den Wellen im hauseigenen Restaurant lauschen. Der Pool ist etwas sehr klein und ähnelt eher einer großen Badewanne. Darin kann man nicht schwimmen, sondern sich eher ausruhen und auf das Meer schauen. Das Frühstück ist gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen gut Englisch und hervorheben möchte ich Enrique an der Rezeption und Esteban vom Service. Die beiden machen einen guten Job. Leider wurde der hauseigene Strand im Gegensatz zu anderen Strandbereichen nicht von den Algen etwas gereinigt. Schade! In den Zimmern befindet sich kein Kühlschrank und keine Klimaanlage - das muss bei einem Besuch unbedingt bedacht werden, ob man so etwas kann bzw. körperlich leisten kann. Ins Hotel dürfen Getränke mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden, im Gegensatz zu dem Park, in dem das Hotel liegt. Für jeden Tag muss eine Schutzgebühr bei der Einfahrt in den Park gezahlt werden und es gibt ein Armband dazu. Mietwagen können in der Nähe des Hotels geparkt werden. Sie werden aber von den Mitarbeitern geparkt - ein paar Meter weiter. Das hätten wir nun wirklich auch selbst gekonnt und dafür eine Pauschale zu nehmen. Nun ja. Irgendwie muss wohl zusätzlich Geld in die Kasse kommen. Der Park an sich ist im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Orten in der Umgebung sehr sauber und es liegt wenig bis kein Müll rum.
Abschließend aber noch einmal: Es ist unglaublich schön in diesen kleinen Hütten direkt am Strand mit dem Rauschen des Meeres zu schlafen!

The location is excellent, and the proximity to the beach is amazing.

Cons:

The property should notify clients of specific conditions that might alter their experience. While the accumulation of sargassum algae is known, the extent of it drew in national attention. The levels of sargassum lowered number of visitors to lowest in the last decade. Mexico's president traveled during our stay to the site as a matter of national concern. The place is right on the beach, has a rustic vibe, and nice staff. Good restaurant, too.
Pros:

My room right on the ocean, the earthy rustic vibe, and nice staff. Good restaurant, too--all of the meals were delicious. Enjoyed the pool and yoga platform. Easy walking to other beaches/restaurants and a shuttle to the ruins. Enrique at the front desk was so amazing and helpful--getting us taxis, offering suggestions of places to visit, etc. Felt completely safe and relaxed there.

Cons:

SO HOT (July visit). Missed AC. The fan over my bed was very rickety and loud. But, staff helped by providing me with a floor fan that was not as loud. However, not as cooling as the overhead fan. Sadly the sargassum seaweed covered the ocean so we could not swim in the water. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but was a bummer.

La comida del restaurante

Cons:

Las instalaciones del hotel muy descuidadas, se ve que no tiene mantenimiento. La playa que aparece en las fotos y que me pareció un buen atractivo llena de zargaso no lo retiran y ocupa toda la playa. El personal muy amable y cordial. La habitación se pidió para cuatro personas, fuimos tres y estaba súper chiquita, muy incómoda.

Traumhaft schöne Anlage mit wunderbarem Service!
Pros:

Die Anlage war unglaublich schön und gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und es gab viel zu entdecken. Man kam sich immer sehr ungestört vor, da die Anlage weitläufig und mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Ecken gestaltet ist. Ein großer Pluspunkt, da man hier nicht so stark auf einen Strand angewiesen ist, bei dem man durch Seegras gestört werden könnte. Abends war mit schöner Beleuchtung alles sehr idyllisch. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nettes Personal, das uns tolle Empfehlungen für Cenoten in der Umgebung und die Anreise dort hin gegeben hat, auf die wir nur mit Onlinesuche wahrscheinlich nicht gekommen wären. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt, es war ein Traumurlaub und diese Unterkunft hatte daran einen großen Anteil.

Cons:

Die Lage ist im Nationalpark natürlich etwas abgeschieden vom Rest der Stadt und das Taxi dort hin mit der Zeit teuer. Essen und Trinken im Restaurant hatten natürlich auch einen vergleichsweise hohen Preis, allerdings wenn man bedenkt, in was für einer traumhaften Umgebung man sich dort befindet und dass man als Hotelgast nichts für die Liegen bezahlt war es wirklich okay.

Pros:

Un cadre idyllique, en plein dans la jungle et face à l’océan, avec un personnel d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité exceptionnel. Ils n’hésitent pas à se plier en 4 pour satisfaire leur clientèle. Merci à eux. Service de nettoyage tous les jours. Un très bel hôtel si vous souhaitez être immergé dans la nature de Tulum.

Cons:

Seul bémol.. Les sargasses qui envahissent la plage privée de l’hôtel qui était impraticable mais malheureusement ce n’est pas de leur faute. Et l’entretien de la piscine qui ne semblait pas très propre.
