War ok. Aber am Service kann man noch arbeiten!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Von dort lassen sich wunderbar Touren in den Triglav Nationalpark machen.

Cons:

Hallenbad nur eine Stunde am Tag nutzbar. Für die Sauna muss man zahlen!

Istakla bih gostoprimstvo osoblja hotela, od recepcije do restorana. Lokacija fantastična, na par minuta hoda, kako do jezera Jasna, tako do centra mjesta. Sve preporuke, zaista.

Guter Aufenthalt für einen fairen Preis
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, neu renoviertes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett.
Das Frühstück haben wir auf der Terrasse genossen, leider war kaum frisches Obst vorhanden, sonst war es gut und es gab frische Spiegeleier.
Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, kostet aber Aufpreis.
Mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis waren wir zufrieden.

Hezká lokalita, hotel byl čistý, recepce i restaurace v pořádku.

Cons:

Velmi nemile nás překvapila kvalita podkrovního pokoje. Tyto pokoje jsou před rekonstrukcí a rozhodně neodpovídají ceně přes 4.000 Kč za noc.

Lage toll, allerdings ansonsten nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage hervorragend zum wandern,laufen, Radfahren. Lage 10/10

Cons:

Leider war das Personal zu meist nicht wirklich freundlich, unser WC hat an 3/4 Tagen nicht gespült aber in der letzten Nacht haben wir zumindest ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat muffig gerochen.

Tolle Lage und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt nach dem Zimmerwechsel – der Beginn wurde jedoch leider durch die lange ungelös
Pros:

Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer erhalten hatten, konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genießen und haben ihn sogar um zwei weitere Nächte verlängert. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage – sowohl der Jasna-See als auch das Zentrum von Kranjska Gora mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, hundefreundlich und bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal, mit dem wir später zu tun hatten, war freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider verlief der Start unseres Aufenthalts sehr enttäuschend. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht. Da an diesem Wochenende Außentemperaturen von rund 34 °C herrschten, war es im Zimmer sogar heißer als draußen. Wir mussten die erste Nacht ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage verbringen und verbrachten auch den gesamten nächsten Tag bis zum Abend ohne Lösung. Obwohl wir mehrmals an der Rezeption waren und mehrfach telefonisch nachgefragt haben, fühlte sich zunächst niemand verantwortlich und wir hatten den Eindruck, uns selbst um das Problem kümmern zu müssen. Erst nachdem wir am nächsten Tag erneut aktiv nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt hatten – da wir ansonsten vorzeitig abgereist wären, auch weil wir unseren Hund unter diesen Bedingungen nicht im Zimmer lassen konnten – erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt verlief der restliche Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Etwas mehr Kommunikation und eine schnellere Reaktion bei technischen Problemen hätten wir uns gewünscht.

Чисто, охайно, стильно☺️ обовʼязково повернемось ☺️

Cons:

Єдине що я б додала це таблички на сніданок біля мʼясного , для людей які не вживають всі види мʼяса , це було б доречно ☺️

Idealer Platz um Kranjska Gora zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage unweit des Zentrums. Geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit guten Matratzen und sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
