Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were lovely.The location was perfect--in walking distance to all. Breakfast was so tasty with many options.

Cons:

Our room was very hot and there was no air conditioner.

Great staff and breakfast, older property with musty smell and in need of comfort upgrades.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and fresh, and prepared a little early per our request so we could get a good hiking start. Bathroom was commodious and room was fairly quiet.

Cons:

Room smelled very musty, no window in the first “bedroom,” no air conditioning which was brutal in July especially since there were only three traditional duvets with no top sheet. Decor in the room was sparse bordering on spartan and the hotel itself is sort of charming but does need an update. Location is decent but takes some finding.

Pros:

It is a great stay and a wonderful property that is well situated. Getting a lakeside property is well worth the money

Cons:

I had one complaint, which was a service interaction I had with one of the staff when getting a welcome drink. Myself and significant other are younger than the rest of the guests for the most part however still very paying customers and when trying to get our drink we were ignored for two other guests despite having been there before one of them and acknowledged by the staff member. They were aware that we were there for our cocktail and it felt as if we were brushed aside.

Frühstück war wirklich klasse. Toll fanden wir auch, dass es ein paar außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbeilagen gab, wie z. B. Granatapfelsaft, Granatapfelkerne, Smoothies, PanCakes.
Der Tassenwärmer war auch eine super Idee :-)
Gastfreundschaft war auch mehr als super :-) klasse Einweisung von Senior Miklič.

It was a great 2 days.
Pros:

The room was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast were excellent. The location was perfect to the things we love to do. We would love to come back some day to spend more time.
