Lindo estilo colonial, buen desayuno, buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Éramos tres personas, y llegamos a nuestra habitación tarde y cansadas y solo había una cama disponible y dos sofa camas que nos tocó ponernos a tender a esa hora, deberían estar listas.
La piscina y la playa no estaban limpias. Creíamos que íbamos a tener una mejor experiencia en la playa pero el agua estaba sucia y no habían buenas sillas para sentarse, habíamos leído de cayak y bicicletas acústicas pero no había nada.
Los servicios de Spa, jacuzzi, masajes demasiado costosos, al menos el jacuzzi debería estar incluído.
En general es un bonito lugar pero lo tienen descuidado.

Restaurant schließt um 3, an manchen Tagen öffnet es gar nicht. Keine Möglichkeit, Wasser zu kochen. WLAN in den Zimmern funktioniert nur manchmal. In den Zimmern muffelig wegen Luftfeuchtigkeit

Great location and setting
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the pool was lovely and the view and positioning in the lake was spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Only a very short tuk tuk ride into town. Our room was amazing, actually was a 2 story apartment with full kitchen and patio area. The only thing missing was actual patio furniture

Que tenia acceso al lago con vistas espectaculares

Beautiful views, but cost it a little steep for the service given
Pros:

The views are beautiful! The breakfast and breakfast waiters were incredible

Cons:

The front desk works didn’t go out of their way to help. It seemed like a inconvenience to lend me an umbrella, we had to pick up and return hair dryer, instead of bringing it to us.

Also, the booking price was one thing, but they charged $12 more. Didn’t realize it at the time due to the exchange.

Excelente opción para descansar
Pros:

Los exteriores el jardín, la piscina y la playa del lago es perfecta.

El desayuno muy bueno!

Cons:

Que el restaurante no esté abierto para la cena, es necesario...también en la publicidad y servicios que se ofrecen es el uso de Kayak sin costo adicional y al llegar estaban fuera de servicio.
