Discovery Ancol

I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall the property is quite large with fairly good supporting facilities, especially the swimming pool and kids’ experience area, which are enjoyable for families. The public areas also feel quite comfortable.

However, the room condition still needs significant improvement. Some room facilities were not functioning properly, such as the shower, and the carpet felt damp with an unpleasant smell. When I checked in, the soap was empty, but fortunately the staff responded quickly after I informed them and refilled it promptly.

In addition, the room interior felt very minimal and somewhat empty, making the room less cozy and comfortable during the stay. Hopefully, the hotel management can improve room maintenance and pay more attention to cleanliness and room amenities to provide a better guest experience in the future.

We chose this hotel since the location is very good since it is located inside Ancol, where the most beautiful beach in Jakarta is located.

When we arrived there, the staff is very supportive. The security is very strict and we feel safe parking our car inside the Hotel. The room is very clean and has a comfy office table where I can work a little bit before enjoying the vacation.

In the morning, we had a tasty breakfast and continue our vacation inside the hotel since it has many family friendly facility such as swimming pool, mini fam, playground, and kid's club. I would like to recommend to stay here if you visit to Ancol or Jakarta.. it's worth the price.

What a great experience to celebrate my husband birthday and enjoy the staycation at Discovery Hotel Ancol.
Also, got special treatment they upgrade our room from superior to deluxe and cute decoration on the glass to congratulations my husband, thank you Discovery Hotel!!

We had a pleasant stay at Discovery Hotel Ancol. The staff were exceptionally friendly, to the front desk — check-in was quick and professional thank you . The hotel offers great facilities for families, including a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for a family stay in Jakarta

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant with very delicious dishes.

A hotel that is suitable for bringing children. The room was clean and comfortable, and our room was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe. Thank you, Ms. Front Office.

Had a two-day event in Discovery Ancol.. The ballroom was really suitable to hold a big event with +/- 300 people in round table setting.

The Team was also very supportive.. Mba Regina, Mas Naldy, Pak Fauzi, Mas Riadi..

Had a few snacks at Kemang Lounge. The cakes were v delicious, the waffle was p fluffy. I had a great time here. Also great service by Eva!
